Huge and Beautiful Unit overlooking the Ocean. Felt like the unit could use some TLC. Definitely very worn and run down. Yes I would stay again, I loved the location.

Very nice place to stay, the sea access was great. Everything went well. A few things in the condo need updated. Coffee pots and can opener. Pots and pans. A few doors were hard to open.

Spectacular Property!!

This property has it all! All the amenities you could ask for, great registration process and a beautifully decorated condo. The layout is awesome, plenty of room, plenty of beds and bathrooms. Very comfortable furniture and beds. Well appointed kitchen. Marc was an absolute pleasure to work with. Wrap around balcony offers the most spectacular view! Highly recommend!!

The Amazing Family Vacation

Families, if you want a wonderful condo in PCB, rent this condo. Our family has made this trip every year for 20 years. We have rented everywhere. This is by far the best experience we have had!! From the owners to the condo, this is a 5 star place. Everything they said is true! Pools awesome, views awesome and Condo spectacular. The pools were relaxing, no one telling you not to have a raft or beach ball in the pool, etc. Bedding was wonderful and so comfy. They have a closet full of anything you need at the beach including coolers. The only problem I had was that they did not stock the beer!!! We had 10 individuals and did not run into each other....Very spacious! No, we are not related to the owners but they will definitely get to know our name. See you next year! PS, we got our deposit back quickly also! The Heldman's

Overall great value

Everyone in the building checks in at the same time so the elevators get crowded for the first few hours. Anytime of typical high traffic times can be rough with elevator service but being in the 7th floor made the stairs more doable. Overall the place is exactly as described. Lots of room for everyone. The owner is very quick to respond which is awesome. They have towels, extra blankets, lots of kitchen supplies, and even beach equipment. Parking is easy (I suggest parking on the 4th level bc there’s less cars and the elevator in the parking garage isn’t usually an issue). Condo came with 3 spots- we had 4 vehicles and were able to talk to the front desk staff (if they say no, speak with someone else until they say yes) and get another tag for cheap. The place is close to Pier Park, Walmart, and Target which is very convenient. No noise can be heard inside the condo from the outside which is a huge bonus!

`Family Vacation!

Condo was well maintained, kitchen was stocked great Bedrooms were good except for the 4 bunkbed room. It was dark & TV was not working. Loved the balcony!.. Will not stay there again because of the elevator situation. I think check in time should be a little more staggered. My grandson & son in law carried the clothes cart 7 floors up. Little too much!!

Disappointed Vacation

Condo was NOT properly cleaned for the amount we were charged! Filled water glass on kitchen counter greeted us that was left by either cleaning crew or previous tenant. Comforters were stained, throw pillows on couch were covered in makeup or blood. Red sticky goop on back of one bedroom door, spider webs hanging from ceiling fan in master bedroom . Washing machine filled with dirty bathroom rugs and mats. Had to clean sand out of dryer before we could use. Pool on our side of building was closed all week. Had to wash all cooking pans before we could use. One elevator close to our room was out of order all week. NOT within walking distance of Pier Park as advertised. Do not rely on refrigerator ice maker, had to buy ice all week just for drinking, Would not recommend staying here.

Very nice Condo but the building elevators were bad.

Loved the condo it’s spacious and comfortable. It was clean and had everything we needed. But the actual building needs serious help. The elevators did not work. Two of the three elevators on our side were broke and with 30 floors and springbreak we were forced to walk the stairs. My 74 year old husband hauled beach chairs up 7 floors. Not once but several times during our week stay. Some people were hauling luggage up 18 floors because the wait for elevators could be a hour. I think if it wasn’t such a busy week it might have been better. This condo is perfect for a large group and the owners were available if we needed anything.

Perfect location and amazing property!

This property exceeded expectations. Beautiful condo with amazing view! The location couldn’t have been better and the amenities were perfect for our family. We visited in the off-season so the Starbucks & little ice cream parlor were closed but the small diner was great for a quick bite or drink. Walking distance to the Dog Beach, Pier Park/Square, grocery stores and more. The condo had beach chairs, towels, football/volley balls and other beach items for use. We can’t wait to visit again!

Spacious for a group of 10

We stayed at Tidewater 701 the week of Thanksgiving with 6 adults, 3 teens and a pre-teen. The bedroom and bathroom set up worked well for 3 families and the dining/family room provided plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was pretty well equipped, and the beach toy closet was very well equipped! The unit needs some deep-cleaning attention. The light fixtures had a thick layer of dust, as did the a/c vents. The bunk room bedding had to be washed before we could use it because it was sandy, and the mattress covers had some fresh stains that led us to wash them as well. It was as if the cleaning crew had done the surface and minimum but had not deep cleaned in some time. The trim/paint was chipped and peeling in quite a few spots and we felt we had to re-clean much of the unit before we could relax. The vacuum also stopped working on day one. We let the owner know and he tried to ship a new one, but it never arrived. He also said he would discuss the cleaning with his team. The owner was very responsive to our texts and questions before and during our stay. He even offered to Venmo us for Draino we needed to unclog 2 of the 3 shower drains. The building is very big and as others have said the elevators are slow. That frustration was compounded by the fact that the resort did nothing to enforce their posted rules about masks being worn so we often waited twice as long for an empty elevator car rather than risk Covid exposure. Once the bridge to the parking garage is completed it will be much more convenient to come and go. Until then you have to take a shuttle or risk crossing Front Beach Road with no crosswalk. I always like to give an honest and fair review so people know what to expect. The unit was a good size and mostly as described, other than the cleaning issues. The complex is busy, but in a good proximity to shopping, dining and activities. The owners were friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive.
