Didn't get an excellent because of the air conditioning being broken. There were two portable ac units that were very noisy and didn't keep the condo cool.

Beautiful sunsets

The only issue with our vacation was the cooling system. We moved to another unit and enjoyed the remainder of our vacation. The manager was helpful and resolved the problem. The area is beautiful and the view from our unit was amazing. I would love to visit this place again.

Nice condo but hvac ( cooling system ) wasn’t working correctly

Very nice place. My complaint was the cooling system was not working. We called and they did get someone to come and look at it but still didn’t fix it. The cooling system would come on for a little while and then it would be 78 degrees again in the condo. I called again the next evening and they put us in another condo. The people I talked to were really great and I appreciated everything they did. But unfortunately we will not stay here again.

Total Relaxation!

What an enjoyable week in 908E Sunbird! It met and surpassed all expectations. Very tasteful decor, clean and so comfortable. Just what we needed. Would be happy to return to this condo in 2025!

Great location

The condo was nice. The bathroom sink was clogged. The Ac unit would not cool, if it had been extremely hot I would have been seriously upset. The bed was comfy, had adequate supplies needed. Would stay again as long as AC unit is fixed and sink is unstopped.

Great Scenery, over looking the beach....

Place was clean as can be. Smaller than expected...Pictures & mirrors make condo look bigger. AWESOME SUNSETS......Overall stay was very enjoyable.

Great view

Excellent check in process with easy access and property support. The bed was comfy and dining table was wonderful. The floored in bedroom needed cleaning daily, the linoleum is a bit dated and holds onto dirt - left some Swiffer mopping pads under the sink.

Good place

We arrived September 17th check in was at 5pm however we received at text saying we could check in early which was great it was clean I've read alot of reviews on the condo before renting and lots of people were complaining about the furniture being outdated among other things however I did not drive to the beach to set in the condo and watch TV so none of that was an issue the bed was very comfortable however the shower head is a bit low but again not a big deal the sink in the bathroom was a little slow to drain and the toilet needed a little jiggle on the handle when flushed other wise the water constantly would run again not that big of a deal to us I would definitely stay again we love the sunbird we've stayed several times in the past in different condos and all in all it was pleasant

Needs update

First thing we noticed is room wasn’t cleaned very well. Had to instantly throw sheets on the couches they were so dirty. Shower is terrible unless you’re 4 foot tall. Master bedroom floor was peeling up. After seeing other units we had family in at the sunbird we were very disappointed because we paid the same as everyone else and our room was easily the worst. Unit needs a good update and new bug traps. Won’t be back to this one. Had a great vacation though we didn’t let that stop us.

Does not appear to be cleaned good between stays

I really wanted to like this place. Mainly because I choose it over other condos thinking it was a great deal. But just steps into the condo I felt sand. If you find sand on the floor, it brings the cleanliness of the whole condo into question. If the cleaning crew didn’t bother to sweep up good. Then how am I suppose to feel confortable when I’m trying to sleep. When all I can do is wonder if they switched out the lines or if I’m sleeping in someone else’s dead skin cells. The bedroom linoleum has definitely seen better days. The couches are old and dated with what looks like pee stains. The sink water collects in the sink after you wash your hands. Seems clogged or just old. The bedroom tv location is horrible. The TVs themselves have been around since the dinosaurs. There is a DVD player but no cables to connect it. So the dvd is a paper weight pretty much. The DVD player is not HDMI, it is SD. Who even uses SD cables anymore? The tv quality sucks and are not smart TVs. So bring a roku or something to stream netflix. The shower is nice and looks recently renovated. But no door ensures your going to splatter water onto the bathroom floor. The desk in the bedroom is old and out of place. Looks like something you could buy at goodwill for $10. It’s peeling and belongs in a broke college kids dorm, not a vacation condo. Overall The location is great. Security at the front is super nice and friendly. Pools are good and kept up. Just wish I wasn’t having anxiety my whole vacation thinking about the cleanliness. I’m not even a germ freak. I just expected so much more from this condo. I feel like I need a vacation from my vacation. Over all I am VERY disappointed in this condo. Do not recommend this specific condo, OR this rental company until these issues have been fixed.

Sunbird Great/Unit Needs Furniture Updated

Sunbird itself is a great place to stay!Our problem was the furniture.The couch and loveseat were old and stained with food stuck to the material.We used blankets to cover the furniture.They also had a lamp that had broken, jagged glass.A table in the bedroom also had jagged glass. Our room was clean other than they must have forgotten to sweep and mop the floor.I will say that the property manager wanted to take care of it immediately but I chose to do it myself. I have to state that the property itself was very clean.The pools and grounds are very well taken care.Anytime I had a question the staff was super accommodating.I would definitely stay at the Sunbird again.I loved the view of my unit and the unit has great potential but the condition of the furniture made it uncomfortable especially not knowing how the stains were caused.I also need to add that the property manager offered to have the couches cleaned.We just chose to cover them up.

The view is beautiful

Overall stay was fun , the condo had a amazing view from the balcony and steps from the beach . I give the condo a 7 , the couches need to be steam Cleaned bad they are so dirty . And the master bed blanket has obviously been used a thousand times it’s so prickly . This place just needs new furniture and a good thorough deep clean. My Teens said the pull out bed was comfortable Overall it was okay , but for the price I’d think they’d put more effort in the condo to make it comfortable for guest. Bring coffee filters , they also have a Kierig. Bring Extra towels , and your own blankets, also bring a few cleaning products bc they don’t provide any. They do have dish soap and dishwasher powder . Also for some reason the little food shack was closed the whole time besides the fire day we arrived.

Beach/Ocean view is amazing

The view from the balcony was amazing! The condo itself is very outdated and the shower is super small - the shower head was at my husbands chest and hes just at 6' tall. Also the flooring is peeling up in several places so I had to keep my shoes on at all times. I feel like they could do just small things to make it look/feel so much nicer. However just sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean made it better - thats why I gave it overall 4 stars.

High Tides

VRBO is great for info and check in, 908E is an older unit with chipped furniture, floors were filthy, old kitchen and appliances. Rusted refrigerator. Over priced compared to other units. Sunbird is a nice location but will not stay in this unit again.

Great place

The view was wonderful. Everything we needed to cook was available. My husband and I loved the fact that there were plenty of towels and extra pillows and blankets. I did notice a few dead bugs and one live one I had to clean up and kill. I was not able to log on to the internet. My husband was but it kept kicking him out. But overall we loved it and I would we would definitely stay there again. Thank You
