Things to Note:
- There is a $100 one-time resort fee that includes 2 parking passes and 8 wristbands. This fee is not included in the booking payment and is for your entire stay, not per person. This fee is paid directly to Shores of Panama through a link sent ~1 week prior to arrival.
- The individual booking must be 21+ and staying at the condo for the duration of the stay.
- There is ongoing construction around the Resort. The balcony is fully accessible.
- All common areas and amenities like the pools, front desk, elevators, etc. are managed by Shores of Panama. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.
- All amenities, restaurants, etc. are subject to seasonal operation.
- Parking passes must be displayed when onsite to avoid being towed. Wristbands must be worn when onsite.
- Minimum Age to Book: 21
