From the moment you step inside, you'll be greeted by an elegant entry, soaring 9-foot ceilings, and a stunning wall of windows framing the Gulf's emerald waters.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

The open-concept layout is perfect for families and groups, combining the living, dining, and kitchen areas into one bright, coastal space ideal for gathering. Enjoy memorable meals together at the large dining table, with additional seating nearby for casual breakfasts and snacks. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and includes an induction stove with air fryer oven functionality, making it easy to prepare anything from beach-day lunches to full family dinners. Guests will also appreciate having both a standard drip coffee maker and a K-Cup coffee machine available.

Each bedroom offers privacy and comfort with its own ensuite bathroom—making this home exceptionally well-suited for multi-family stays, couples traveling together, or multi-generational vacations. Step out onto the expansive private balcony with comfortable seating and take in unforgettable Gulf views, sunsets, and salt-air breezes just above the shoreline.

With approximately 2,450 square feet of living space, it offers a true “wow factor” the moment you arrive—while still feeling warm, livable, and family friendly. The living room features ample seating for relaxing after a day in the sun, and the condo includes multiple dining spaces so the entire group can enjoy meals together without feeling crowded. Guests can also enjoy seasonal beach chair service, including 2 beach chairs available for guest use during the beach service season. (Available from March 1 and ends October 31)

Entertainment is available throughout the home with Smart TVs in the living area and in every bedroom. To help create a fresh and welcoming arrival experience, the home also features an Aroma360 machine to subtly freshen the space during your stay. Guests are also just steps from the resort pool and shaded gazebo area, making it easy to split time between sand and swimming. For smooth arrival, this condo is conveniently located near the elevator and tucked into a covered alcove for sheltered access.

On-site parking is available for registered guests, but guests must register (and pay a fee) to stay in this community.

Hidden Dunes Beach Resort is a gulf-front destination offering a classic Panama City Beach vacation experience with the added benefit of a private, resort-style setting. Nearby highlights include Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant (fresh seafood, charter fishing, and popular Shell Island + dolphin excursions), plus family attractions like ZooWorld, WonderWorks, mini golf, and water parks. Grocery stores and major retailers are also within 5–10 minutes. For outdoor adventure beyond the beach, St. Andrews State Park is close by and offers scenic coastal trails and stunning views.

Seasonal beach chair service (available beginning March 1 and ends October 31) is available for guest use and includes 2 complimentary beach chairs. Availability may vary by season, weather, and beach service provider operations.

A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.
