  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Great location in Panama City Beach, and the property was amazing. The condo has a great view, is close to the elevator and there was never any wait for the elevator. Location is close to many things and the beach was beautiful.On the negative side, the condo is a bit dated, it was clean but the old appearance isn't shiny & new. The beds aren't that comfortable.Overall the positives outweighed the negatives.

Always wanted to stay at this property and needed a place with larger pool than normal.The room was perfect for what we needed and a great view. Would stay there again, and likely will as the cost for this unit was reasonable compared to others. The amenities onsite helped as there was a good restaurant along with a gift/ coffee shop that made drink purchases, beach apparel easily available.

Stayed for Dance Nationals

We stayed as a vacation and while my daughter danced at event center across the street. Everything was very clean and easily accessible. The staff at the condos were constantly cleaning and making everyone comfortable. The only complaint would be the elevator broke many times during stay but that’s to be expected with such a large crowd using it daily.

This property overall was everything expected - The condo lay out the Pools, Café, access to the Beach Bonfires at night with smores, dancing to DJ and Karaoke. When I needed extra blankets they were not only delivered but made up on my bed within 10 minutes

We're coming back!

This was our very first VRBO rental. We have always stayed at a hotel but wanted more room, cooking options, and ability to do laundry for our weeklong stay for a baseball tournament. It was just just my husband and I and our 14-year old son. Two bedrooms and 2 baths were exactly what we needed! All communication from the property management team leading up to our stay was spot on and left zero unanswered questions. Check-in couldn't be easier. We pulled up and the gate had our reservation info and literally just handed us a piece of paper to put on our dashboard (our pass to get in every time we left the property) That was it. The key code given to us to open the condo door worked flawlessly. SUPER easy check-in. The condo was clean, comfy, had everything we needed. The view was breathtaking! We had a maintenance issue (primary shower was just remodeled before we arrived so the mixer valve was set a bit too cool). We contacted the property management company via text and asked that maintenance come after we left for baseball that day - that's when they came! Hot showers after that. Again, flawless and prompt service. Not related to this particular condo but the property as a whole, we wished the hot tubs were hotter (we were there over Christmas break) by tower 1 / main pool with powerful jets. The only bar/restaurant open during that time closed early (8pm). We are coming back next year and hope this condo is available then! Our stay was just perfect!

Nice place to stay

The unit was nice ,i wish tell would have told us they had roku on all 3 tvs ,that would have been helpful also .1st unit when you get off the elevator. The 2nd Bedroom is really small ,probably 8 x 10 .overall nice unit an Deck !

Property is great

Came in for the Gulf Coast 70.3 Ironman which was held on site; this is perfect for this event! Condo was great for my family. Pool area is perfect with the large steps for my young kids, splash pad and on site restaurant. Would stay here again.

Cleanliness needs improvement

Location of property is good. Great view of the ocean and pools. Cleanliness needs improvement (mold dishes, and nasty floors) you get black feet when walking on the floor with out shoes. (Bare-feet or socks). Safety issue when getting into the garden tub shower. Not for shorter people or elderly to get i to. Fall risk for sure.. need better instructions for getting the tv onto regular tv service. Batteries missing in remotes .

Great stay

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Check in could have been a little easier if you didn’t have to go to a different location to pick up your car passes. There was a large group of friends that make this trip and everyone else was mailed their car passes. Other than that it was great.

Great resort amenities - beautiful pool, hot tub, tasty restaurant, full bar, beach. The condo was as described/pictured. There were some minor cleanliness misses upon arrival - crumbs on the counter and gobs of hair in the bathroom drawers - but the floor and bedding appeared clean (a near impossible feat with all the sand nearby, so someone gave it attention). This is NOT a destination I would recommend for anyone desiring a quiet, relaxing beachside vacation. The scene is lively, with DJ, live music, and/or karaoke entertainment in the afternoons and evenings. Nearby traffic is loud. You can see but not hear the waves. This is perhaps a good fit for those needing poolside/beach entertainment, onsite restaurant/bar, or families with preteens.

Easy renting. Easy check in. No extra pillows no extra sheets or blankets. If you book this property bring extra linens and plenty of toiletries. Also bring trash bags. Only one extra.

A little piece of Heaven!

We had a wonderful time. The unit was clean and the perfect size. All properly staff were polite and helpful. The view & the location were perfect as well. My daughter and friend wanted to go to Florida for Spring Break. All guests were so pleasant and respectful of one another. Would definitely stay here again.
