Only negative for us was only a partial beach/ocean view from the rear balcony which overlooks the parking lot and the multi million dollar homes neighborhood .There was a full view of the beach & ocean from windows across in kitchen/dining area.We very much enjoyed everything else about the condo.The condo is perfect for a couple room for more people if needed.We have vacationed at Pinnacle Port for 15 years,staying in handful of other 1-2 bedrooms condos.This unit is very cozy/comfortable 1st floor unit.We would recommend Hank and Grace’s condo to anyone looking for clean,safe beachfront location near shopping & restaurants.We will stay again our next trip next year to PCB.

Very Accommodating

Great Stay

Loved my time at Hank & Grace's place! Liked the convenience of 1st floor. It was clean and the owner answered all my questions promptly! It was a 5 out of 5 for me and will be using the place again!

Great spot!

Check-in process was smooth, location is wonderful, and beach access is super easy! We enjoyed traveling along the coast and exploring Seaside, Rosemary Beach, and Destin. Downstairs master bedroom does stay pretty hot, even with upstairs vents closed. We wished we would have known that there are no provided beach towels or beach equipment of any sort (thought there might be an umbrella as this has been the case for us at other beach vrbo's) and also really wanted to write in the guestbook but there was not a pen or pencil in the entire house. Overall, minor inconveniences. Is a lovely spot and would book again!

Too short summer beach getaway

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at the condo at Pinnacle Port. We have stayed in this complex 11 times over the years and always enjoy the beach, the quiet location, the lake and the facilities. The condo was very well equipped, comfortable and decorated nicely. We liked its proximity to the beach and parking being that it was only one flight of stairs up from either. We were lucky to snag a parking spot in the back closest to our part of the building where we left one car to store chairs, umbrellas and beach toys each day rather than hauling them to the unit. We did not move the car, so we used the boy's car to get around. This unit had a balcony with a view to the back of the property and a small indirect view of the ocean. Although nice, I prefer a direct beach view, so I did not sit on the balcony. I did not miss this option however, because I found that enjoying the wide beautiful view from the bedroom and dining area in the air conditioning was very nice instead. Our large adult boys had plenty of comfortable space to sleep with the Murphy bed and the couch in the living area, and the downstairs bedroom was nice for us, though it was a bit warm in the bedroom compared to the rest of the unit. However, two floor fans were provided that helped tremendously and were necessary for our sleeping comfort. Had fans not been available, sleeping in the lower bedroom would not have been tolerable. We prefer a cooler sleeping area. Would rent again!

Paradise right on the beach!

We had a fabulous time this past week at Hank and Grace’s! The condo was adorable and decorated with all of Ms. Grace’s artwork. It took just a couple of minutes to get to the beach and we loved that the condo was part of a gated community. The pool was awesome, especially if you have littles. Our 5 year old daughter loved it. The view from the dining room is magical! Would highly recommend and we are already planning our next trip back!

Cozy condo

Hank and Grace’s was the perfect little spot on the beach for us. Short walk to the sand, plenty of parking, and lovely views! Home is well kept and furnished. Such a great place to stay for some beach bums

Great place to stay

My husband could not find his new shoes that were in the box only conculsion we could come up with is someone stole them either from the cart where we were unloading our stuff or someone took from room but not sure how they could get in the room.

This is the absolute best location! Steps to the beach and close to anything else you’d want to do 30a pcb etc! Carillon has a good pizza spot and green space for kids to play

Nice vacation

Pinnacle Port has lots of amenities and is on the quiet far west side. The pros: The condo is beautifully decorated with original artwork & books written by the original owner. The kitchen has everything. The upstairs bath has a non slip pebble floor shower. There is a recliner in the living room. The bed is very comfortable (downstairs - didn't try the one upstairs). The balcony has a side view so you have a nice view of the beach without the 18 mph winds hitting you in the face. The cons: The stairs are steep & narrow so be very slow & careful, especially going down. The blinds on ALL the windows have slats missing. Use the upstairs bath; only use the downstairs bath for nighttime needs. The tub is very slippery and the grab bar doesn't help. If you try to step sideways to get to the storage shelves you hit your knee on the toilet which juts out to almost touch the door. At night just go by the nightlight because the gap in the bedroom blinds is straight out from the toilet and you can't close the door without trying to maneuver around the toilet. Bring everything. This condo does not provide starter supplies like other condos except 1/2 container of hand soap for each sink but they request that you replace what you use so I didn't use that or the tiny bit of toilet paper left by the last person, I just bought my own. Despite the cons, I would definitely recommend this condo. Next time I won't bring my own books so I can read some of Grace's books.

Unbeatable location!

The location is incredible! Right in between 30 a an Panama City , but much quieter, right on the beach. Condo is older as you can tell in photos but was worth it for price and location!!
