Condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, updated and had comfortable beds. Having an amazing view, being close to the beach as well as everything we wanted to do in Rosemary were also highlights. Instructions/communication were clear. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Property on the Beach

We enjoyed our time there! Nice place with great views of the beach. Good location between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Crabby Steve’s was a fun and convenient spot for lunch and drinks.

Perfect week

Gorgeous home, exactly as listed with a very well equipped kitchen. Beds were extremely comfortable and spectacular views from the master and living room areas.

We enjoyed our stay! Had a slight hiccup in not being able to find WiFi password but everything else was a dream! Would love to come back!

Excellent location, great views and well stocked! This place has everything to get you started and the chaise lounge chairs on the balcony are so comfortable I slept there one night! We enjoyed everything and will be back! The icemaker was a huge plus! My only suggestion would be to have something in the unit explaining locations for rentals of bikes, checking in for beach chairs and maybe where to get basic items (excellent little market just across the street from entrance has singles and small quantity items for short stay)

Great 2 Bdrm

Have stayed at High Pointe for years. Great getaway for an anniversary. No extra spices and sparse on cooking supplies but we dined out most nights anyway. Hot tub was still available and sunsets were amazing!

Perfect for Girls Trip

This property was perfect for our girls weekend getaway! We had the best time, drinking our coffee on the balcony each morning, and looking at the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf! We had everything we needed in this Beautiful unit, and all of our favorite restaurants and shops were within walking distance!!

Great location and accommodations

Our family, including an 11 and 8 year old, stayed for a week. The condo was a great space for our family and the view was incredible. It was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. We rented bikes and walked or biked everywhere we went. The beach was also a very short walk. We’d definitely stay here again!

Family Beach Getaway

This condo was amazing! It was renovated, clean, exactly as the pictures showed, and the view can't be beat. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every night listening to the waves and feeling the cool breeze. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. We are already trying to plan our next trip back!

Perfect Beach Location

My family and I just spent the best week at this condo. The condo was exactly as advertised and the location was perfect. The kids loved the short walk to the beach and pool. Waking up every morning to turquoise waters and the sound of the waves was exactly what we were looking for. This condo did not disappoint. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Girl trip

This my was fourth or fifth year to stay at High Point. Two times the units have been fabulous. I think overall The buildings are showing their age. Great location and love having Crabby Steve’s on site.

Great location and views!

Clean, well appointed, modern. Overall a wonderful accommodation. Entry in and out of gated community was quirky (rubber bracelets), with no information that they were required. Considering how nice the condo was, the mediocre WiFi was surprising. On top of that, our Verizon cellular service was also bad.

Getaway Trip

Beautiful area on 30A. Location to all shops & dining is great!! Air in master bedroom does not work good, needs better air flow. Ants in master bedroom . We had to close all panels to try to keep cool in condo . Which was a shame because the ocean front view was beautiful!!!! Hopefully these things can get fixed. Could be more attention to CLEAN 🌟 also

The condo was fantastic. Very clean and had all of the kitchen items needed. Incredible view. Beds were extremely comfortable. Awesome location, could walk to everything. The only complaints I have is that the bar/restaurant on site was closed for the slow season. That was never mentioned to us! The check in process was sent to us with codes for the front gate, but upon arrival we were given a wristband at the gate to get into/out of all gates. No need for any codes. If you arrive after hours, and noone is at the gate, I am not sure how you would get in, as the numbers on the gate pad are not legible. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!

Great view & amazing location!

We loved the High Pointe Resort and the condo unit! It's the only condo building that has a ramp for beach access making it easy to haul things back and forth. The pool is really nice and the private beach is amazing! The unit's view is right on the beach and you get an umbrella and 2 chairs with your rental every morning, which was a huge perk. We did have a few issues with the actual unit such as the toilet wasn't working, the access code to the unit wasn't correct, and we were missing resort bands, but the property management firm quickly fixed our needs. The condo unit overall is really well designed and clean. The internet was a bit slow, which was unfortunate because you don't have cell service in the building. One thing I would note, is this unit does not include any spices like other VRBOs I've been to and there was not any plastic plates/cups/wine glasses, etc. I felt like the kitchen was mostly stocked but lacking some basic things such as sheet pans. Overall, the condo was amazing and we'd come back!

The location was perfection... gorgeous view of the ocean which the condo literally hangs over. Super comfortable beds. Clean. Pretty appointments in the condo. So close to the beach and pool. Easy access. Walking distance to so much. It was perfect for us!

Best beach trip ever!

My family of four absolutely adored this property! The condo is impeccable not a single complaint about anything! The views are amazing! We had the most fantastic time on 30A! What a slice of Heaven! No one will be disappointed with this rental! We will be coming back!
