Best PCB Vacay Yet!

Our trip to PCB in Sept 2024 was FANTASTIC! The house…we loved it! You can’t get any closer to the beach if you tried for the price! The kitchen and bathroom counters I really liked, the view from the deck is GREAT, the beds are comfy (hubby, 2 sons; 18 and 12 and our pups agree). Check in was a breeze- the property managers stay in touch thru text- which made things easier. No issues with the house- it felt like home after our week there! We already agreed we’d stay here again next trip down!

Hidden Gem…..

The location was so perfect!! No elevators.. private parking! My family was here from out of town ..and this place and the time we had together was priceless!!We were all very comfortable.. ocean could be seen from deck… beach was literally right there just a hop skip and jump away.. and no busy street to cross !!! Super cozy.. had a super time.. this truly is a hidden gem!!💎This is our new family tradition at the Tip’Sea!! 2 bathrooms .. rooms were perfect.. balcony.. everything you need!! Management very attentive!! The only thing that would I would add would be an umbrella for deck .. new grill .. and possibly a beach wagon to tote beach belongings.. just a few suggestions.. everything else is 👍!!!Will def be back!!

Great for the price

We had a great time, perfect view, and very close to the beach. Would definitely stay again, the only con is that the master has an awful mildew smell...so not sure why but it was pretty rough.

Home Away From Home

This beach condo is wonderful! First—if you are going to look for nail holes, a few bent blinds, or dents on appliances as unappealing—then this family orientated property is NOT FOR YOU. If you want to experience a LAID BACK AND RELAXING VACAY—then you might have found your home away from home. The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and stove. They are not new but they are clean. This condo has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Please note that the second bedroom does NOT have a closet. It also does NOT have an adult bed. It has 2 sets of bunk beds —weight limit is 125 lbs. This is exactly as listed —-just remember the weight limit when making reservations. There is not enough room for a full sized blow up mattress in the 2nd bedroom. THE REAL GEMS—-are the location, the pet friendliness AND the balcony —where even on windy and cooler days you can lay out on the deck and get some sun. The beach is literally feet from the condo and there are no roads to cross. There is a DOLLAR GENERAL just a few blocks away in case you need something. The neighborhood is safe. There will be some buildings (more condos) being built probably the spring, summer and fall of 2023. Don’t let this be a deterrent….the location is just that good. The condo has plenty of pots, pans, silverware, dishes. I did not see any oven pans…so If you plan to use the oven—just buy a few cheap aluminum pans from Dollar Tree. We had a lengthy stay and that was our perfect solution. The variety of programs on the TV should keep everyone happy on the rainy days. The washer and dryer is the stackable type—I had a very hard time finding the lint tray in the dryer….it was quite embarrassing to have to call the maintenance for help. It’s inside the dryer—right on the back—white with white letters and the standout was the two round fingers holes used to pull it out. ( I still turn red thinking about this). Everyone in our group has wonderful memories. This beach had shells galore! We went to several beaches in the area to compare shelling——none of them had the different types or quantities this beach provided us shell seekers. Don’t forget to look all over the entire beach because new sand was brought in to replenish the area in 2022 or 21 according to the local tourist pamphlet. A big shout out to Michelle in management and her husband in maintenance. You two make a great team. Thanks for a great VACAY!

Hop, skip, then you’re on the BEACH!

Amazing…Perfect! Clean, welcoming! This truly was a find-we only utilized the microwave and fridge, but there appeared to be all the pans, plates, utensils, etc needed! Plenty of tasty eats a short drive away! The Rusty Grill, Andy’s flour power cafe and bakery-tasty treats!! Panama City Beach is a hidden gem, and this condo is a lovely complement to stay in while enjoying the area!

Just ok

This property was clean, close to the beach and had a nice outdoor deck with a beach view. The kitchen was not that well stocked. I called about sharp knives, but never received any. The storm door didn’t fit the door. The sliding glass door had no blinds and was open to the high rise parking lot next door. The dishwasher did not work well. The condo could be very nice, but seems neglected. The stairs are also challenging. I would not stay there again.

Spacious, clean, pet friendly, ocean view!!

One of our favorites so far!! We enjoyed pretty much everything about this condo. It’s spacious, clean, cute, close to the beach, & you can see it from the large deck. Furnished with all you need. Great price, too! Washer & dryer was perfect & a very nice bonus!! Front door has a glass storm door that can be locked when your inside. It was also nice to be able to bring our little fur babies!! We enjoyed sunrise on the deck & our morning beach walk. (We also saw 2 beach weddings near us). Nice music from nearby restaurant. 2 nice large bathrooms. Comfortable living room & kitchen. Tall ceilings. I wanted to live there full time…. We’ll be back!!

Great ocean view!

Enjoying the outdoors and ocean view from the deck was the best part of the property! The home was nicely decorated and furniture was comfortable and clean. I would definitely rent it again ! The outdoor furniture needs replacing because some of it is cracking and broken from the weather.

Perfect Location

Nice place, neighborhood needs work.

Nice inside, but the outside was trashed up and dirty. We did have some problems with the fridge and dishwasher, but they were fixed immediately. Location to beach was awesome.

Beach House

Can’t beat the proximity to a beautiful beach. Surrounding area was unusual (vacant lots, poorly maintained adjacent areas). Condo itself was very nice. Overall worked well for our family.
