Everything was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Quiet and peaceful. Had a question and the Host responded within minutes, and was very polite. Highly recommend! Will definitely stay again!!

The condo was clean. Master bed was very comfortable. Having stayed in prior Premium VRBO units in other destinations there were "way more " amenities provided. My only disappointment here.

Our stay was amazing! It was our son’s 8th birthday and we were greeted with Happy Birthday balloons and a sweet note! The room was very clean and nicely decorated! The short walk to the beach and pool was super convenient! Thanks for allowing t us to stay to celebrate our son!

This was my first time staying in a high rise. The sunsets & watching dolphins daily was wonderful!! The condo was clean & easily accessible. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful location

What can I say. The condo was in the perfect location. fully stocked, comfy furniture and bed. We had the best time. The weather was even nice.

Terrible Condition of Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in vacation condos before but never have I had a unit so poorly maintained. There was paint peeling from the ceiling, brown staining on the curtains and the edges of the second bedroom ceiling, portions of ceiling completely missing in the master bath but the worst offense was the mold. The secondary bathroom ceiling was covered in black mold. By the second morning both my children had developed a cough, as that was their primary bathroom. We immediately vacated the unit but as you are required to pay in full prior to arrival we were still charged the remaining nights. Only a small portion was reimbursed. Excuses were made that this was a cleaning crew issue but once you view the overall state of this unit it is clearly a consistent issue of non-maintenance. In fact, our friends were staying in the unit next door which is owned by another company and upon explaining the situation to them to see if they had another unit we could stay in they immediately knew (without us saying, only describing the condition of our unit) which unit we were staying in.

We had a great stay at this property. Perfect weather and semi off season made it a great relaxing week. Our rental condo was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Plentiful parking and immediate access to the beach and pool. The management company checked in with us several times to see how our stay was going. Can’t really ask for more than that. We will be back!
