May never stay anywhere else!

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Plenty of room for the kids to play, and the beds were super comfortable. Best part though.. definitely the HUGE corner balcony!! When we weren’t on the beach or in the pool (which was great!), we were soaking in the view from the balcony. Huge plus that it was a lower level condo - perfect with small children! Highly recommend!

some good some bad...

We loved the ocean view, proximity to the beach and the onsite chairs; however, from that end of the building one CANNOT see the sunrise of sunset from the room. Parking fees for a condo that HAS assigned parking...Outrageous host fees. Parking fees, Host fees and taxes exceeded the cost of the condo.Loved the place but NOT the cost!

Wonderfully beautiful condo!

Every single thing about our condo and our experience was A+ except one thing. There was a bull dozer type huge vehicle moving sand right outside our balcony (we were on the 4th floor) so in the morning and through the afternoon we heard metal hitting the ground and banging and that lovely "beep beep beep beep" when the vehicle went backward or forward. This has nothing to do with the owners or mgmt. of the property, it was just a little unfortunate part of the timing of our stay. Restated...the rest of the experience was BEAUTIFUL and CLEAN, and as CLASSY as can be.

Amazing Time!

This trip was a girls trip for me, my daughter and daughter in law for our yearly Girl's Trip. From the moment we arrived we loved this room! Perfect location and it looks just like the pictures. The bedrooms are large and very roomy. I stayed in the king bedroom and the bed was extremely comfy and bathroom was big! I had my own sliding door to go out on balcony also. The view of the ocean was amazing. I loved the covered parking also. This end of the beach was less crowded and we loved that! Would definitely stay here again!

Great ocean view

If you want a nice clean updated place to stay this is it. The view of the beach was awesome! Comfortable beds and large balcony. The balcony doors open up and there are screen slides, great for being able to hear the beach. My only complaint would be there are no curtains on the balcony doors in the living room. Would be nice to close at night so people can't see in. Thanks for a great weekend.

Overall we were disappointed

I have mixed feelings writing this review. Overall we just left this property disappointed. We rented for a month and ended up leaving a week early. If you do rent for a month, be sure to check your fees. We were surprised to pay almost $1000 in fees. Some fees were added after the contract is signed. Just be sure to look for fine print (I missed it somehow) know what you are paying. While the property management group did respond very well to issues we encountered, we were still left with the feeling that we shouldn’t have had these issues to begin with. The mold is an ongoing problem. The cleaning staff is not trained to handle such a problem. I figured since other reviewers had issues with this it would be solved by our trip. Not the case. The fridge water/ice dispenser had very thick mold on it. Like up in it so you might use it without noticing. Not good. The bathrooms had mold that we kept cleaning and it would come back about every week or so. The washer seal is very dirty and moldy. The dryer had a problem where it caught several of our clothes and ripped or snagged them. This was also a known issue according to the maintenance tech. Property mgmt responded promptly and sent someone out who knew he couldn’t do anything. They apparently then were waiting to see if the owners would replace the dryer. We were told they ordered a part and would get it fixed. Another week went by and nothing. I texted to check and the response was they hadn’t heard anything from the appliance repair company. I feel like that should’ve been property mgmts job to check on that. Not mine. We checked out before any dryer repair was done so not sure it did. Prop mgmt did send us a check to compensate for our ruined clothes and paid for us to send our laundry out to laundry mat. We certainly appreciated that but feel this known issue should’ve been taken care of to save us the hassle on our vacation. We also had dirty sheets which we didn’t discover until getting into bed late our first night. Not cool. Cleaning crew came the next today to replace. Appreciate it but really uncomfortable first night of vacation. The heat also didn’t work and it got a little cold in January. Mgmt responded and got it working very quickly! A good win on that one. Overall, yes prop mgmt responded quickly but just left with feelings this could’ve been much better had the known issues been dealt with and cleaning crew better trained.

Beach trip

The property is decorated very nice, beds we’re comfortable, my only complaints are the dryer didn’t work properly while we were there so we had to hang our stuff up on the patio, the second to last day the tv went out in the living room.

Beautiful property

Property was beautiful. Beautiful view. Beds were clean and comfortable. Has the most comfortable furniture I've had in a condo rental. Communication with rental services was easy and fast. Only issues we had were there were a ton of tv remotes lol. None had working batteries. And the washer and dryer were dirty.

Beautiful unit with a beautiful view

From check-in to check out, everything was smooth. Any questions or concerns we had the host responded quickly and offered a solution. The rooms were spacious, everything was clean, and we even enjoyed the family games that were provided. We would definitely book again!

It is beautiful condo. I think it needs a deep clean though. Good location. Close to everything. Beach was beautiful!!! You can only see sunset from balcony if you want to see sunsets you will need to go to beach.

Great condo but...

We loved this condo, the location and decor. There was plenty of furniture, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was large and the patio was great. However, the bathrooms were not clean and in fact had mold all around the shower and bathtub edges. We had to go get Clorox and clean them ourselves before use. Additionally, the washer is pretty moldy and could use a good cleaning. We also found a good amount of hair from the previous people all around the condo so perhaps the cleaning people should be replaced.
