Lovely Condo

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay very much. This condo in the Carillon district is very nice and the location cant be beat. We loved watching the beach area from the balcony. We loved playing at the beach and we were happy that the beach was very clean. The sand is so white and pretty and the water clear. The beach was not overcrowded. The condo was clean. My suggestions for improvement would be on linens. They give you the bare minimum. We didnt get very many towels for a family of 4 that stayed 2 nights. Since the bathrooms dont have mats on the floor to step on after showering we had to use some of our towels for that reason too. The master bedroom didnt have a fitted sheet on the bed, only a flat sheet and comforter, so we used the flat sheet as a fitted sheet, but that didnt stay in place very well. As far as extra blankets for my cold natured self, there was a thin one we found in the closet, but that was it. In the kitchen there were only 2 tiny hand towels and we were cooking and doing dishes a lot so we could have used more of those too. The couch looked like it needed a deep clean, probably because of the sand that makes it inside. The skillets in the kitchen need to be replaced because the teflon is scratched up and they are no longer non-stick. Be advised there is construction happening next door so there is hammering and banging. These are all very minor things and we would stay again in a heartbeat because the location is great and the condo was beautiful.

perfect timing!

We stayed the week of Easter, if you are looking for a week that is not crowded and relaxing, this is the perfect week! We had the beach to ourselves, no waits at the restaurants and plenty of shopping without the crowds. We truly enjoyed our stay, perfect break from the rustle and bustle that has become our lives :)

Do You Want a Wonderful Experience?

We stayed for an entire month at the Sunshine & Sand condo at Pinnacle Port. We loved the location, the condo was freshly updated. Everything we needed was there - the sun, the sand, the sound of waves hitting the beach. But most importantly, our host was amazing! Very easy to communicate with her and her response time was incredible. Great place to stay if you want beach-front get-a-way!!

About as close to the beach as you can get. No boardwalk to deal with, just walk out of the elevator and around the corner is the beach. Super close to the water. Great experience

Absolute dream!

This place was the perfect location for not only a beach getaway but a private vacation with everything you could want close enough that you could still hit the hit spots of 30A or PCB. It was the most comfortable condo and everything was thought of in advance from beach items to extra fans everywhere. I couldn’t have asked for better!

Restful Vacation

Pinnacle Port is a perfect place to stay for a beach vacation,,, the beaches are the best, so easy to access , just steps away from our Condo.. C2 Building. Our condo host Lori was awesome, she was very responsive to our emails and texts.. and the condo was so comfortable and EVERYTHING we needed was provided ! We brought our own beach chairs but there were plenty available to rent. We can't say enough great things about our trip! Will definitely stay at Sunshine and Sand Condo again!

Great location! Nice condo!!

This was our second time staying in this unit! We love the beach front views, closeness to the beach, and all the amenities in the community area! The room was exactly as described! Everything was clean and well kept! The condo even had shovels, nets, boogie boards and other sand toys that the kids enjoyed playing with at the beach! We loved riding our bikes in the neighborhood and putting our kayaks in at the dock! Check in was super simple and the host was very responsive anytime we had to contact her! We would definitely recommend this unit and we will be staying here again!!

Perfect Little Vacation Condo

This was the prefect little spot to enjoy a week at the beach. Lori was wonderful about communicating with me as needed. The condo kitchen has all the basics for a week away from home. The beds were comfy, and 2 bathrooms was a big plus. The view of the ocean was lovely as well. We had no complaints at all!
