Gulf Crest 1002: Adorable 2-Bedroom Retreat!

  • LOTS OF UPDATES! This updated oceanfront unit (10th floor) offers an open floor plan that sleeps up to 8 people. The views are breathtaking from the 40” gulf front balcony with three “sitting” areas that comfortably seats 10! Enjoy the large, well stocked kitchen, granite counter tops, tile backsplash and updated appliances (new fridge added 9/25). The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and love seat (2022), with big screen Smart TV which flows to the dining and bunk bed areas. (Your passwords and logins are needed for apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Pandora etc.) The primary bedroom includes a king bed, TV, sliding glass doors to the balcony, and bath with double vanity (new sinks, faucets, quartz countertop, mirror and lighting December 2024), glass enclosed walk-in shower, walk in closet, separate toilet room with comfort height toilet, and a designated laundry room. The guest bedroom has a king bed, TV, with connecting door to the guest bath which was completely updated December 2024 featuring new cabinets with, quartz countertop, sink, faucet, new tiled tub/shower combo with grab bars and comfort height toilet with pocket door separation. Recent flooring and paint throughout the unit provide an inviting cohesive look. Two beach chairs with umbrella ARE INCLUDED with your rental! All 2/2 units at Gulf Crest are the same size which the Tax Assessor lists as 1310 sq. ft. I recognize that you have many options for your vacation and I sincerely THANK my renters and repeat guests for choosing Unit 1002!

Fall Break 2024 - 10th Floor was AMAZING

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 5th year in a row staying at Gulf Crest Condominiums for our children's Fall Break and it was another great one. We have already booked this same unit (1002) for the Fall of 2025. This unit is very well taken care of and has everything you need. The only suggestion would be to update the refrigerator, as it took forever to cool. The staff at Gulf Crest are always awesome. We chose to stay during the potential hurricane and the security staff did a great job of ensuring us we wouldn't have any issues. See you next Fall Gulf Crest!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great vacation. 2nd time staying at this condo. Love it. Great location, Very clean, easy parking. Friendly and helpful staff. I only have positive things to say about this condo building and the actual condo. Unit had everything we would need, and then some. Very comfortable furniture (recliner!). Reading reviews of other condo buildings in PCB -- I see a lot of complaints about long waits for elevators, no luggage carts, and dirty units. Ummm, there is NONE of that at Gulf Crest. So glad I picked Gulf Crest last year, and will continue to stay there. Easy and efficient check in and check out.

Beautiful Condo 10th Floor 1002

Reviewer Comments: This condo has two King comfortable beds, two bathrooms, living area and kitchen and enough space for two couples to enjoy the beauty of the Gulf. The over-sized balcony was very nice overlooking the beautiful Gulf and we really enjoyed it every morning and evening! Thank you for providing a very beautiful and clean condo. We will be back.

I love staying at Gulf Crest!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 1002, the stay was amazing. I know every unit at Gulf Crest is excellent! A couple things to note about this unit is that there is no curtain on the sliding glass door in the dining room which I thought was odd. Also something needs to be done about the horrible stacked washer and dryer. This was the worst set up we have had. And the list of rules on the refrigerator is a little much. The beds, omg they are so comfortable! Would stay again at this unit!
