This Tidewater property was super clean, nicely decorated, and conveniently located on the 5th floor with a lovely ocean view. The furniture was comfortable and kitchen cupboards were well-stocked with dishes, silverware, & utensils. It would have been nice to find some basic essentials like salt/pepper, Pam spray, alum foil, & tissues. Overall, a nice place and we would stay again!

Husband and I used the free golf activity 6 times. We used the ferris wheel and sunset dolphin trip also. Big savings. The chairs out on the beach were nice too. We had a great stay.

The unit was much bigger than we needed. But wanted the second bedroom. It was surprisingly quiet for being across from the elevators. Wished we were on a higher floor. Stayed on a higher floor once before and could see a lot of sea life. We were surprised that there were no condiments, not even salt or pepper. And no foil or plastic wrap. Beach service was a must! We are in our 70’s and don’t want to carry a bunch of stuff. Would stay in that unit again.

Overall not terrible. The place was exactly as listed. It truly just needs some updates. TV’s were outdated and the smart TV didn’t work in the living room for streaming so only cable. WiFi didn’t work well. The floors were not clean and the couches had an odor. I will say the hosts were fabulous at communicating. They offered to come fix our coffee pot and gave info to have the WiFi checked out.

Great condo-exercise required.

Loved the layout of the condo & area. Will not come back due to chore of getting luggage from garage to room AND ridiculously slow elevators!!!! We took the steps A LOT!! Blackout curtains needed in one bedroom & dishwasher detergent door did not open!

Loved everything!!! The condo was very nice!! The bed was the most comfortable sleep i have ever had!! Great view!! Lived the beach and the beach services. We had an awesome stay!! 100% recommended. The elevators did take 4ever to get on sometimes, but overall perfect!!

Girl's Trip 2023

We had 7 women on our trip ranging from ealry 30's to early 40's and it was amazing! Tidewater is in the best location and has every amenity you can think of. The condo was plenty big enough for our group and super comfy. The elevators do have a wait, especially during peak hours, but being on the 5th floor made it easy to take the stairs! The staff was amazing and always friendly and helpful. Loved the pools and hot tubs and tiki bar. We had horrible weather and water the whole time while we were there but we still had the best time! Definitely would recommend this condo! Thanks for the amazing memories!!!!

The condo was nice but could use a deep clean. The carpet in the bedrooms was old and very dirty. The elevator was loud. The pillows on the bed smelled of another persons head. We washed the pekoe cases and laid the pillows on the balcony in the sun

Condo was great how ever the elevators were awful! 10 to 15 min wait every day..

Condo was beautiful. Clean. Great views. Check in the lady was not a happy person kind of crappy. The elevators sucked 10 to 15 min wait every day but over all the stay was nice. However I would not stay again only because the elevators were slow.. if they would upgrade the elevators I'd be happy to stay again. Never in my life been anywhere where the elevators were that slow

Great amenities and location!

Very good location, on the beach. Unit just across from elevator. Resort has people helping on elevators to assist at peak times. Only had to use stairs s few times during the week stay. Unit has a great layout and was clean. Problem with loud freezer was addressed immediately. Could use some updates, but overall a great unit.

Room was NOT clean and refrigerator made a horrible noise!

Walking into the condo, it was not clean! There was something on the toilet seat in one bathroom, sand in the living room floor, kitchen counters were dirty, hair in the showers. We contacted the number on Sunday morning as we arrived very late Saturday. We did not hear back from them so I emailed to let the owners know ( the room is managed by a condo rental service). On Monday morning we finally got a phone call back letting us know someone was coming to clean. Unfortunately, we had already cleaned the floors and bathrooms because it was so nasty. On Tuesday we woke up to a noise coming from the refrigerator/ freezer that sounded like someone was drilling into our wall. We called the condo service again and said they were aware of this noise and would see if they could get someone there to look at it. A technician came and said that it could not be fixed and needed to be replaced. We called the service to let them know but nothing was done. For 4 nights we had to deal with this! The manager of the company was supposed to call us back to get the issue fixed and never did. The noise was so loud that our children could not sleep in the bunk beds or in the living room. We have stayed at the Tidewater resort numerous times and have always loved it. This was by far the worst experience!!!!!! The condo service (FourStar) staff are very rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed.
