We enjoyed a marvelous stay here during the week before spring break in 2025. We were two couples looking to enjoy the beach and the lovely restaurants strung along 30A. The condo did not disappoint, and owner Brad was in close touch to address our every need.As the photos indicate, we had a terrific view of the ocean from the slim balcony on the main floor and the matching balcony in the master bedroom. In terms of comfort, there are two large bedrooms on the second floor, each with a king bed. So each couple enjoyed its privacy and plenty of space to spread out. One suggestion: Bring your own pillows because those on the beds could be fluffier if you like 'em cushy. The kitchen is well-equipped with anything you could think of -- and a wet bar to boot. There are also TVs everywhere, but bring your credentials if you want to tap into premium channels. One caveat if you have difficulty with stairs: From the parking level, you'll walk up a full staircase to the main floor, then another staircase to the main bedrooms, and a third staircase to the top bedroom with two twins. (Three floors in all.) We got used to it quickly. By the way, the top bedroom is open concept. So sounds from there can be heard throughout the condo. Also worth noting: Its super convenient to walk down the stairs off the balcony to access the beach. But the stairway down to the beach is one of the tallest we've ever seen. Good exercise! All in all, a place to embrace on lovely 30A.
