The view was to die for!!!! The beach access was amazing too. You dont need to carry all your belongings down because it's a 30 second walk back. We would go back 10 times over! The host was always in communication for any issues we might have had!

Fantastic Beach to Condo Access

This is a lovely, very spacious condo! The stand out element of this property is the small distance from condo to beach! We’ve stayed at many properties up and down the beach and this was by far the simplest to move to and from the condo to beach. Great for families!! It’s a smaller property with a private beach so it was never crowded!! Condo owner is a super kind guy who was very accommodating and great to work with!

Practically Perfect in Every Way

We enjoyed a marvelous stay here during the week before spring break in 2025. We were two couples looking to enjoy the beach and the lovely restaurants strung along 30A. The condo did not disappoint, and owner Brad was in close touch to address our every need.As the photos indicate, we had a terrific view of the ocean from the slim balcony on the main floor and the matching balcony in the master bedroom.In terms of comfort, there are two large bedrooms on the second floor, each with a king bed. So each couple enjoyed its privacy and plenty of space to spread out. One suggestion: Bring your own pillows because those on the beds could be fluffier if you like 'em cushy.The kitchen is well-equipped with anything you could think of -- and a wet bar to boot. There are also TVs everywhere, but bring your credentials if you want to tap into premium channels.One caveat if you have difficulty with stairs: From the parking level, you'll walk up a full staircase to the main floor, then another staircase to the main bedrooms, and a third staircase to the top bedroom with two twins. (Three floors in all.) We got used to it quickly. By the way, the top bedroom is open concept. So sounds from there can be heard throughout the condo.Also worth noting: Its super convenient to walk down the stairs off the balcony to access the beach. But the stairway down to the beach is one of the tallest we've ever seen. Good exercise!All in all, a place to embrace on lovely 30A.

Amazing sunrises and sunsets!

Our stay at blue tide was delightful. We woke up to the beautiful sunrises, swam in the sandy clear blue ocean all day, and closed our day out with sunsets. There is a beautiful state park a half a mile up the beach, wonderful family friendly places to eat, clean streets and pathways to bike on, and fun towns within a short bike ride!!! We will be returning!!

Beautiful Beach

We loved our stay at Blue Tides! You can’t beat the view! Absolutely beautiful! Walking out of the condo and right out to the beach was great. Brad was a wonderful host! He checked in a couple of times during the week to make sure all was good and to update us on any information we might have needed. Would definitely rent again.

Great location and wonderful host!

Brad was incredibly helpful and checked-in on us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a bad storm come through that knocked out the power in our area. He went so far as to call the electrical company for us and check on the outage. The condo was clean and the accessibility to the beach can’t be beat.

Great stay at 30A

Things we loved most about our stay and this property: -Owner was quick to respond to questions or needs. List owner provided of restaurant recs and activity tips was very helpful. -Beach umbrella and chair included and set up daily was great extra. -Kitchen well stocked and comfortable furniture. -I love outdoor spaces. Made use every day of 2 ocean front balconies with nice (not cheap) furniture. -We really liked the location. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is amazing, from the view to the bedrooms and shower and convenience to restaurants and the ocean. Easily our favorite condo from all others stayed in over the past several years in the area. Can’t wait to go back! Brad the owner is a great communicator.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

The Host, Brad, was welcoming and responsive to all inquiries. The condo was fully furnished, clean and has beautiful views from the living area and master bedroom. Two beach decks, one up and one down. Seacrest beach is stunning, walkable and and Brad provides beach chairs and umbrellas!! The surrounding areas, Rosemary Beach and other beach communities, have more than ample shopping and restaurants and other entertainments. What’s not to love?

Walk down the stairs off your balcony and down to a private beach with your umbrella and chairs waiting! Condo lacks nothing! Brads communication to us was top notch. Our stay could not have been better!

Brad’s condo is in the perfect location and just as listed/pictured. We were there over Memorial Day weekend and the stretch of beach was full but not like neighboring Rosemary or public beach accesses. Having the chairs set up for us each day is such a bonus! We loved sitting out on the balcony every morning and evening. The kids loved the loft with the twin beds. We loved being right on the beach and you can’t beat this value! We would definitely return. It was a pleasure working with Brad as well.
