Best condo on the beach!!! The property was exactly as pictured….the views were stunning…truly a penthouse view!!! Perfect location in the middle of Panama City beach.The penthouse was spotless with plenty of room. The facility was very clean and security was always on location.The best part was that there were always two beach chairs with an umbrella waiting for me on the beach everyday!!!It doesn’t get any better than that!! Sunni the host was exceptional… sending emails and calling to make sure we had everything we needed. I can’t say enough about the penthouse and our stay…thank you Sunni….we will be back.

Great location and less of the crowds. A little over a mile to Pier Park and within walking distance to McGuires Irish Pub, pizza, grocery store and nail salon. The property was as advertised and very, very clean. Very spacious for 6 adults and had all we needed for cooking. Large balcony and easy to get to the beach. We loved our stay and will be booking again in the future.

Great vacation. The condo and location one of the best in PCB. Low key - feels like almost no one is on the beach - great beach service- great pool - perfect beach - and great location to all the restaurants.
Great water - with shallow entry sandbar.
Low density of people during peek summer events

Just an amazing getaway!

We stay in this building just about every year. But this by far may have been our favorite. The unit was clean and welcoming. The decor is fun and really tells a story. But the view, omg the view from 17 stories up is just amazing. We seen dolphins, manatees, sting rays and huge schools of fish! I usually never give 5 stars, but this one deserves every one of them. We will be staying here again in the future. Thank you so much!

Beautiful Views

This property was accurately described. Our family loved the beautiful views, the decor of the condo, and all the property amenities. Our stay was during the Fourth of July, and the fireworks from Pier Park were spectacular! There were a few minor needs during our stay that the owner responded to quickly. We were very satisfied with our experience. We would definitely reserve this condo again.

Absolutely loved our stay and the owner/host was wonderful! She even switched a day for us when I found out I would have to leave a day earlier. She was in constant contact, answered all my questions and was super helpful! Will def request a stay at this condo in the future!

Better than advertised, and better than I hope for

The owner of this condo did not exaggerate the listing at all. Everything was under promised and over delivered. The place is absolutely beautiful. It was very clean. Three bedrooms and three bath just like the advertisement said. The balcony had lots of seating and on the 17th floor the view was phenomenal. I would recommend this condo to anyone that wants quality. Lots of space and a clean clean condo. I will rent this again. Oh by the way the master bath is absolutely huge with a jetted, whirlpool tub, standup shower, two sinks closet, and another closet with a toilet in it.

Awesome view

Being so high up, we could pick out the sea life below. Awesome sunsets when the sky is clear enough. Pool and patio are really nice. Security is friendly and obviously present often. Cleaning crews are diligent. Nice to have the beach chairs included. There are two other beach chairs in master closet. The sofa is not a sleeper. The blow up queen mattress is available for that and we did not use it. Sofa needs some more stuffing in the corner seat cushion. Sunni was very responsive to my emails. Nothing pressing. There is sufficient furniture on the balcony to work for a family of seven. No black out curtain in the living room, but all other rooms have great blackouts. Kitchen had sufficient equipment, but if you do much cooking, bring your own dish soap and dish washer detergent. FYI, no laundry detergent offered like in most other units we have rented at the beach and elsewhere. Overall, this unit worked really well for our four generation family vacation. Thank you Sunni.

Beautiful penthouse apartment. The ease of getting to the beach was fantastic. Perfect location, close enough to restaurants, but not overly crowded. Sunni was a fantastic host, replying quickly any time I had a question. Only area of lower stars was cleanliness. There was money and a toothpick on a bedroom table and trash on the floor. I would highly recommend this condo!!

Awesome trip

Great location, enjoyed the quieter end of the beach, parking was great, elevator and carts to use to take belongings to condo and awesome view of the gulf. We had the 3 bedroom 3 bath which allowed plenty of room for our family. Definitely would return in the future.

Felt like home!! Gorgeous Condo

Everything about this condo And our stay was perfect!! We were here for my moms wedding! The condo was beautifully decorated, super clean, had everything you needed for your stay & the view was out of this world. Sunni was amazing and very accommodating for us! Great communication before our stay there. We would definitely love to come back soon & stay here.

Vacation for Three Sisters

The condo itself is very nice. It really needs a door stop to hold door to unload luggage cart. The view is breath taking and it has everything except a hair dryer for each bathroom. You would definitely enjoy this condo and the helpfulness of the owner.
