Excellent !!!!!

Solo cosas buenas tengo que desir de este hermoso condominio ! Exelentes vistas al mar , impecablemente limpio! El personal muy amable y profesional tanto mi entrada como mi salida fue muy fácil y rápida . 10 estrellas para el Tidewater en general! Llevo 4 años seguidos hospedándome hay y por supuesto lo seguiré haciendo NOS VEMOS EL PRÓXIMO AÑO!! Gracias 🙏❤️

Location was great. Elevators were horrible. Half the time they were broke down. We were on the 18th floor and had to take the stairs more then once due to not being able to get the elevator. Condo was clean but needs to be updated.

The week was great except for the elevator experience. Wait time could be anywhere from 15-45 minutes on an elevator. That made the likely hood of us returning at this property to stay very unlikely.

Great place to stay in PCB

Great place to stay. Elevators were fine for us, they had attendants on each one during peak times. The room was spectacular, we will be back.

Had a long weekend at the beach with my sister and niece. Condo was perfect! The views were amazing! Thank you for sharing your home with us, we will definitely be back!

Value for the room was great. The check in and check out process was super easy.The room definitely needs to be upgraded in certain areas like other reviews stated. The bedroom door was broken and wouldn’t lock, the bathrooms were outdated, and the kitchen needs to be reworked. The refrigerator will not open all the way and needs more kitchenware. The couch had stains on it. Balcony needs updated furniture.Not complaining: just stating the facts so others will know what to expect. Overall great experience and would stay again.

Relaxing

Perfect location, loved the view from our balcony. The only thing I would suggest is that you have some cooking seasoning and coffee filters for the guest to use.

Love Tidewater. This condo was advertised in the headline as having beach service, it did not. Had to pay additional for beach service, very disappointed. The beach service is why we chose this condo. Property management group refused to reimburse our beach service fee.

Location is good. Condo is large and can have long wait time on elevator. Room is okay - fridge is in odd spot and you can not open door all the way. Curtains on windows to balcony have mold.

Nice condo loved it but the elevators ruined a lot of it broke down half the time and just horrible but the condo was great

This condo COULD be amazing-Couch/chair-filthy/stains (placed a sheet over these before sitting)Garbage disposal: didn't work (bad sour smell throughout kitchen/living area)Ladder to bunkbeds- not bolted down.Extra pillows- located on floor on top of dirty mop.These issues could be fixed with MINOR effort and it would be a very nice/spacious condo.Typically never post bad reviews- messaged the contact person/mgr about these issues- no response.

Family vacation to PCB

The condo was amazing and the view from the balcony was beautiful. It was very clean on arrival and there was no trouble with accessing the unit. The amenities are great. We loved the pools and the restaurant downstairs has great breakfast options. Food was great! The only issues we had for our entire stay was the elevators. It would take 30 minutes or more for an elevator to arrive and there is no walking up 18 flights of stairs. I really like Tidewater and would definitely stay at this condo again. I guess I’ll just have to deal with the elevators.

not worth the money

view was amazing! no bedspread ? (weird), mold on shower curtain in main bathroom, water leaked down frig when you used the water on the outside (been doing it for a while all the screws were rusted, furniture needs upgraded, very cheap and uncomfortable, fan in living does not have cover over the lights. This could be a great condo if the owners would update it.

Elevator situation ugg

The condo was as advertised. The patio doors are heavy but slide easy, you’ll figure that out. Elevator situation can be a nightmare on prime time check in days and if a storm hits and everyone is trying to get back to the room. Remedy for us was walk up to floor 3 (if your coming in from beach with a crowd and a elevator line)and then catch one. If not you’ll likely be waiting for 30-60 minutes. We never waited longer than 10 minutes. Al in all great stay and great trip for trip number 10 to PCB

Have stayed in this exact condo before several years ago. It was a lot nicer then! Theres a lot of things that need to be professionally fixed and cleaned. The couch & chair are full of stains and wore out. Curtains in the living and bedroom have stains and one side in the living wouldn’t open. Toilet in the master wobbles and trim is split. Bedroom door is busted up and seemed to try to be fixed with caulk. The agitator cap in the washer is broke off just laying in the washer. Elevators are so slow but it did seem like they were in the process of replacing them. Thats just things we noticed in our short stay.

Great stay! Only one problem.

The stay was great! Unit was clean and very nice! The only problem I had was the TV. It is a smart TV that did not have the remote. The xfinity remote was there but I needed the other to try and cast my phone to watch Netflix or anything else. Tried getting in touch with owner about the issue through VRBO but the only response I got was an automated message about the unit not being available, tried replying to that message the next day and never got a response.. This was very irritating, to the point I had to go buy a chromecast just to watch Netflix or any other app.

Family vaca

Property manager was amazing. Apparently the washer needed to be fixed and no one told us until 4 days into our trip when i received a text that they were on their way to the unit. The floors were filthy on our arrival and there wasnt proper materials to clean with so we went and bought cleaner and a mop. Property manager offered to take care of it, but bless her heart she didnt have things with her to clean either. Also, no linens were left for the twin bunk bed, so she had to bring those to us. Elevators are very overwhelmed at this Property. Be ready to wait, sometimes for 15 or more minutes! If you want to cook while on vacation, this is not the unit for you. Kitchen is small and layed out poorly. Not properly stocked if you wanted to make a full meal. Master bed was comfortable.
