The property was excellent, no problems with check-in ,it had everything we needed, the inly thing i would suggest is a different dresser in the master bedroom, the one in there had a weird smell when i opened the drawers (sorry).other than that its a 10.

Beach Vacation

We loved everything about this condo. It was very clean, plenty of room, loved the big balcony with the fabulous view. Love how the pool sits up higher so you can look out over the ocean from the pool too. Plenty of parking. Several places to eat within walking distance of the condo. I was sad though that when I looked to book this condo for next year the cost literally doubled from what we just paid.

Location was great, room was beautiful.The main complaint was the rules of the pool area. Kids couldn’t have toys, adults or kids weren’t allowed to have drinks of any kind.I can understand no glass, but even water bottles??

Perfect size

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. It was clean, bright, cozy, right near the elevators and we never heard a peep from anyone. I highly recommend this rental to others.

Great unit

Very cute unit. Very homey. It was a great fit for our family. The beach was amazing and the beach chair service was so appreciated. Bring beach towels however. Views are amazing. Walking distance to restaurants. Would definitely go back.

You can’t beat the view!!

Overall, the unit was nice and well appointed! The surfaces were all clean and tidy! But, I have to say that this unit is in desperate need of fresh paint and a deep clean of the floors and corners. They were responsive to messages and I was granted an early check in! The balcony was big with comfy furniture!

Wonderful!

What a wonderful place!, I don't want to leave! It has charm, warmth, personality and the views are amazing. To lie in bed and watch and listen the waves is so surreal. Eating on the balcony with a glass of bubbly is heavenly. I could go on and on!

So disappointed!

I am always very honest on reviews and normally give all 5's. The place itself is nice, was clean, is in a good location. I've stayed at Sunset Beach dozens of times but never at the particular unit. The reason I am so disappointed is because on the second day my sister was lying down in the master bedroom not feeling well, while we were down at the beach. She was awakened from a deep sleep by two strange men walking in the bedroom. It scared her so badly that she jumped out of bed and slipped and fell hitting her head. By this time the two men walked out of the bedroom, but she still doesn't know whats going on, so she opens the door to see if there still there, and they are just standing there. So she asks "can I help you "? They tell her their there for maintenance to fix the shower. Very uneasy...she says ok...and they go in the master bath for a whiile, proclaim nothing seems wrong and they leave. She called me immediately after

Panama Getaway

The condo was exactly like the listing. The only thing about the room was that the washer smelled like rotten eggs when in use. The beach was amazing! The water was crystal clear. The two pools were nice and not overly crowded. I hoped for the pool to be on the same floor as the beach to make easier access, but it is what it is. It wasn’t a deal breaker.

The property building was good, parking under neath which was great . Loved the condo.Place was clean.Perfect size for us.Decor was nice not overly done like some places and loved the paint color very calming feel to it. Great views .Best was the A/C worked great! Hope to go back year .

very relaxing

The condo is awesome. We had a problem accessing the beach service the first day and had to pay the guys on the beach. My husband called the contact for the rental and they got that straitened out and we were refunded what we had to pay that first day and had no more problems. Not sure why that happened but if it does happen they will take care of it if you call and let them know. The Webb Family

Very Good

Loved staying here. Elevators were pretty fast. Unit was clean, could definitely use some new pots and pans. The kitchen was very small. The king bed was super comfy. Loved having the bathtub and shower in the master bath.

Nice little condo

Nice condo, clean. A little small for 4 adults, a couple with adult son and his friend. Kitchen is tight for two people. Minimally equipped kitchen If you plan to cook much. Overall a nice condo, great location, walk to restaurants. Beach service and gym were included which was a plus.

Loved this condo. Very clean and the bed was comfy. Especially loved the balcony furniture. Not the high seating chairs normally at all the condos. These were actual rattan chairs with cushions and so much more comfortable to sit in and watch the ocean. Would definitely rent this again

Great time. Did not use the pool, had to wear provided rainbow wrist band and considering it was gay pride month that isn’t what we wanted to wear. Ocean was beautiful. Not sure who is cleaning this property but we found dirty socks, dust bunnies, etc…

Amazing stay in a comfortable condo

Condo had everything needed for your stay. We enjoyed our long weekend trip with family. Kids loved the pool and easy access to the beach , kitchen was equipped with utensils needed for light cooking and baking. Will be staying here again,, highly recommend to anyone !
