  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Location was perfect and the condo was comfortable, The bed was amazing. The toilet needs the chain fixed in it cause we had to keep taking the tank off to fix it. The elevator was slow and the fact there was only one working the whole week sucked cause the other one was being worked on also they need fans in those things to help cool people off in that hotbox. There was poison Ivy along the ramp to get to the beach. But other than those few things it was a great vacation.

The condo is nice and as listed. Well maintained. Getting luggage to and from your room is a pain. Also the elevators are very slow. At times we waited 30 plus minutes for an elevator. The room is also near the elevator so all hours of the night you can hear the elevator and people getting on and off. The toilet handle needs some work and it’s loose and the toilet ran unless it was perfectly positioned. Overall a great place and would stay again!

New Matress PLEASE!!

You can not get a better location and so easy to get to the beach so perfect if you have young children. We booked for a quick getaway but were so disappointed with the bed in the bedroom. It is so old and worn out that when you pull the covers back you can literally see the intentions in the bed where people have slept. It feels like you are sleeping in a bowl. It was so bad that my husband, me and my two toddlers slept on the pill out couch the last night there. I actually went back to other reviews and noticed this was complained about last year in March and nothing has been done to resolve the issue!!! The condo was clean and the elevators are very fast we never had to wait.

Great stay

Everything went great with only a few recommendations.There needs to be a safety grab bar for entering and exiting the shower. The washing machine makes a terrible clunking noise, like something is breaking. The cloths dryer takes 3 hrs. to dry a load of cloths. Perhaps the vent pipe needs cleaning. The dish washer is old rusty and loud. It works but not good to run at night when you're trying to sleep. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The unit is amazing, i have only few things but not with the unot more with the property, the elevator dont work from the floor we was to go down, we have to go down for the stairs until level 11 and get thw elevator, and the kitchen need more light because is a little dark but the rest in simple amazing

Great weekend getaway!

Unit was clean and smelled clean when arrived. Pictures are as advertised. Beautiful views from 12th floor. Unit is near some elevators. Felt safe with security. Condos in a nice area. Will definitely stay again. Enjoyed our stay!

Majestic Resort Tower 1-1213

Very impressive! This was my first time using VRBO and I was very pleased with the experience. The property itself was very nice, clean and well-equipped. The resort facilities were also very nice to include the restaurant and coffee shop/convenience store which had just about anything you may forget to bring with you! Lastly, the beach is amazing! Very clean with beautiful, white sugar sand. Overall: Excellent!

Baby’s First Vacation

We brought our 9 month old to the beach for the first time. We loved the easy access to the beach and the pools. The rental unit was great! Very clean and just what we needed. Check in and out was smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend. I’m sure we’ll be back! Thanks!

Enjoyed our stay!

Our stay overall was decent. The location was great, safe and the views were beautiful. This little place has everything you need for your stay as far as the unit. We didn’t use any of the amenities on the property. We brought our own throw away kitchen supplies and our own pans to cook with, but it appeared to have anything needed. The TV had plenty of options and the couch was comfortable. When we reached out to the host, we received responses for anything and they were super nice. There was a couple of things that would potentially deter us from staying in the future. The cleanliness of the unit was okay. The bathtub was really dirty, the shower curtain has black spots on it and needs a really good cleaning. The tub was hard for the elderly individuals to get in and out of as it is a jacuzzi style tub. The bed in the bedroom is awful. It is super hard and uncomfortable. The closet had paint buckets and flooring in it as well as under the bed. We could hear the traffic outdoors all night long and the elevators whizzing up and down (they’re quick)! The fan in the bedroom squeaks all night as well. We didn’t really sleep the best. We did not notify the host of these concerns as there wasn’t really anything that could be done about it. We chose to clean ourselves and they can’t really control the outdoor noise. Overall, if the mattress was replaced, there was a good deep cleaning and the fan was fixed, we would likely stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay!
