Cute and roomy

I love the fact that you have two king size beds! Great for couples. Twin room was small, but we just had one so it was perfect for us and just what we needed. Definitely would stay here again! The only negatives would be, the bathtub could be updated in the master bathroom and the broken blinds in there as well.

Great location. LOTS of room in this condo! Kitchen could use some additional utensils, but has the basics. Our only complaint was that the description of the condo states there is a 25” tv in the bunk room, and that is not the case. There is no tv in that room. Pools are amazing! Overall, fabulous condo with plenty of room for a family!!

4th of July week

The condo was good, it was quiet and not crowded. Never had a problem with the elevators. The ladies working there and cleaning the property were working hard! The pools were good. The room itself was okay, not the cleanest. There were broken blinds in living room and in the master bedroom so the sun woke us up super early. Beds were comfy. The bunk bed room had no storage for the kids clothes so they had to live out of their suitcase’s. Overall we had a good time.

Great location

Nice condo with basic amenities. Great view from the family room and master bedroom! Easy access to the beach. No issues with the parking garage. Easy in and out. Pools were nice and heated. Overall a great stay!

Family oriented

My family and I were blessed enough to take my grandmother on her first ever beach vacation. The views from our balcony was everything she imagined the ocean to be. Only complaint we have, we could not get the living room tv to work. Overall, check in was easy, condo was a decent size & everyone was happy with it!

Family trip

Overall the condo was nicely decorated and equipped with everything we needed. However, the coffee pot wouldn’t work, there was a sewage smell occasionally in the front master bathroom and the bunk room for kids didn’t have a tv like the description mentioned. That room was one of the main reasons I booked this property. It’s in a great location and close to everything you could want. It was a nice family vacation.

The location is great, the condo is just as described. You cannot *BACK* your vehicle into a parking space or you will receive a citation. Parking is $40 per vehicle. Other than that, our stay was great.

Christmas vacation

The property was very clean. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of memories were made we had a blast. I tried calling property management a few times with no one answering due to the issue of the lights over dining room table would not work.

Our stay

Most of the dishes were dirty and had to be cleaned. There were chips on the floor from the the last tenets. Looked like dog poop or something on the balcony that had been there long enough to not be identifiable. But other than that a very nice place to stay. No issues with checking in or out. Overall cleanliness was adequate. Great area where traffic wasn’t too bad.

A Must Stay

Checking in was a breeze once instructions were sent. Carts are available to lug your stuff from the garage to the condo. As soon as you walk in you are blown away by the cleanliness and how pretty it is. Kitchen is stocked with essentials and the restrooms have TP for the first day or so so make sure you bring your essentials. The high chairs are a nice Touch If you are traveling with little ones. The south pool was closed but we were able to use the other one. Overall 10/10!!

Elevators were not consistently working. The clothes dryer in the unit didn’t work. There was an issue with accessing the parking permit and no one could reach the property manager. Location was perfect and beach access was easy.

Beachfront With A View

The property was clean, comfortable and as advertised. Great view of the ocean from the 16th floor balcony. Easy access to the beach. Has 2 pools and hot tubs. Located in a good part of town away from the traffic but close enough for a quick ride to the get to restaurants and shops. The only area for improvement is to upgrade/replace the pots and pans. Some of them had very loose handles. The unit had umbrellas and chairs to use which was nice. Previous reviewers mention that you only get one roll of TP per bathroom...that is accurate bring extra TP and paper towels. All in all a very nice unit and very enjoyable vacation.

Great view but needs some updating

The view was exactly as described and amazing. Parking for the condo was available but NOT included without a charge which was not advised until a day before checking in. Also the property manager or owner never got back to either of my two messages prior to arrival and both were sent weeks before arrival. The place needed some small fixes to the master tv and the vertical blinds were missing slates in the living room and master room which didn’t allow complete privacy.

Dirty

The property was nice and conveniently located but our unit was extremely shabby and unclean. The floors were slippery with some kind of residue, there was mold in the showers, there was broken glass in one of the bedrooms when we arrived, one of the dining room chairs was broken and wobbly, and all of the kitchen items were in terrible shape. The unit’s vacuum barely worked, and the bunk room had little to no ventilation. I do not recommend at all.
