  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

This was our first time on first floor, and it was fantastic. Easy access to the pool and beach, had a great view of the ocean. Tiki bar was next door, serving food and drinks. Nice and quiet, heard no noises from outside. The condo was well maintained and the beds were very comfortable, sleep so good. The location is great, very convenient to access all the fun activities.Lynn was so easy to get in touch with and offered some great advice on places to go. Lynn goes out of her way to make sure your vacation is one of your favorites. We are planning our next trip to stay at Lynn’s place, but next year we plan on staying 7 days instead of 5.

Wonderful Getaway

We stayed here for Spring Break with our dogs, 4/8 to 4/12. The location was fantastic, because it’s so close to everything. Property manager was very quick to respond to any questions I had. I highly recommend this place! Thank you so much for a relaxing getaway!

Awesome location for beach access!

We stayed in this condo for a week and had plenty of space for our family of seven!! I highly recommend this place, the porch access is very close to the beach and pool area!! We loved it and will be back!

Grand Panama never disappoints! We love the location and feel of GP. We had 25 family members in several rooms and everyone had a blast! Our owner Lynn Bush is so sweet and very accommodating. She gives and gives and we will definitely rent from her again! I do miss the massaging jets that were in the shallow end floor of the pool. Those babies felt good! Lol. God bless you all and long live Grand Panama!

Property very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. This unit walked out directly to the pool area, tiki bar and beach access. Condo was stocked full of anything you could need. Really enjoyed our stay and we made wonderful memories with our family.

A great condo!

Just returned from a week at this condo and it was great! First you can’t beat the convenience of the first floor. No wait for elevators, you just walk right in making loading and unloading a breeze. Don’t think you’re missing out on the view being on the first floor, you still can see sand and waves. And no worries about people walking close to the patio, the walkway is well away from you. Condo is well stocked. Beds are very comfortable! And being able to bring our pets was the icing on the cake. Mine are both getting old and it’s hard to leave them for a week. Would recommend to anyone!

Convenient and Great

The first floor location with walk out balcony is a must with young kids. Not once did we have to wait on an elevator or worry about our kids going to and from the room. You can see the gated balcony easily from the pool (which is just steps away), from the tiki bar (which is just steps away) and from the beach. Lynn was very responsive and everything was as advertised and expected. We will definitely be staying in this property again soon.

Definitely will return!!

Lynn has a great condo here. Great location on ground floor on the corner with easy access to the pool/beach/tiki bar all within steps from the patio. Rooms are spacious and layout is great. The Grand Panama Resort workers also do a great job in keeping the facility grounds looking great. Wewill definitely be back.

We really enjoyed the condo at the beach. It was very nice as advertised. It was also nice to have beach and pool access straight out of the back door and patio rather than having to wait on elevators. We loved the area and will likely come again.

Best Condo and Location

We love our favorite vacation Condo at the Grand Panama Resort. This is our second year to stay in this Condo and we Love that it’s 1st floor corner unit and next to the Tiki Bar and Pool -with Beautiful views of the beach and not to mention only a few steps to the beach. The owner Lynn is very easy to get in touch with and the condo is always clean and equipped with everything we need for our stay. We are already planning for next year ❤️

We love staying here. Close to the pool beach and dog park. My pooch is old and blind Such a short walk to the dog park. No waiting on elevators. Beautiful condo Great mattress Everything you need is there. Will be back soon!
