The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Everything about our stay was perfect! From the location of the condo to the pool to the beach to the property everything was just perfect. We had zero problems and everyone in my family is already asking when we are going back.

Great space for anyone to vacation. There were plenty of pets but they did not interfere with the vacation property have great rules regarding pets . Pools were clean and somewhat heat . The access to the beach is great and very convenient. The host was wonderful and easy to access if anything is need. Can't wait to come back and I would definitely book again.

Such an incredible experience. So close to the ocean and so away from the fray of the main pier. Close to everything but quiet beach and wonderful accommodations. The hottub on one side was not working so that was a little bit of a drag. We visit every year and are already counting the days to the next trip!

We are returning visitors, and it has always been a delight to stay in this unit. We love the location, being in the ground floor provided us with easy access to the beachfront. Unit is clean and functional and comfortable. Our property manager provides us all information we need and continues to check our situation. Grand Panama has all the facilities we need, including a gym. We look forward to our next visit!

Amazing and relaxing

The property is clean and even better than the pictures. We were on the first floor by the pool very convenient, and we were surprised at how quiet it was even though we were near the pool area. We brought our dog too! so very convenient to get him out. The owner is very easy to contact and responds quickly We did a dolphin tour through visitshellisland.com. Our captain was Alex was great. We swam with dolphins! Can’t wait to visit Panama City again, hopefully very soon!

This unit was perfect. Loved the view from the living room. It was great being on the first floor and able to walk right out onto the beach. Lynn was great! Had a couple of questions at check in and she responded quickly and was very helpful. Will stay here again.

Perfect condo and great location!

I rarely do reviews, but this deserves it. Lynn was very communicative, and it was obvious from the minute we walked in that she cares about her guests. The ground floor location of the unit was exactly what we needed. So convenient for the beach and the pool. The unit was clean, well-appointed, and more room that we needed. The Grand Panama is also in a great location in PCB, right between Pier Park and the older eastern side of the beach. It's obviously a family-friendly resort and we had zero issues with rowdy teenage/college spring breakers. We felt very safe and found everyone to be friendly. I will definitely stay here again, but only if I can be in this unit! Thank you for a great week, Lynn!

Great Condo steps from beach!

This was our first time staying at Grand Panama. When we arrived at the condo, we noticed right away how clean, comfortable and well-furnished it was. The owners/hosts were very easy to get in touch with if we had questions. We had everything we needed like being at home. In fact it WAS like being at home....just with a beach view!!! The price was fair. While at the property we felt very safe and secure. The TV choices were great too. WE WILL STAY WITH THIS HOST AGAIN AND AGAIN!

Great unit!

We come to Grand Panama every year around Thanksgiving for my birthday and this is has to be one of my favorite little spots. We normally stay high up to enjoy the view but being on the ground level and able to walk right out to the hot tub was so nice. This unit has everything you need from a crock pot, instapot, nice big fridge, comfy beds, and more. We received a call the day we arrived letting us know our unit was ready and the owner provided her contact info in case we needed anything. The unit even came equipped with the most adorable little bed for our fur baby. She took right up to it and loved it so much that we even contacted the owner and were able to purchase one to bring home for her to use. we learned that this owner has several units at this location and our stay was so wonderful that we would return to any of her other units in the future as well. The location is super convenient to pretty much anything on the beach. Overall we give this place five stars and would love to return again. What you see in her pictures and description of the unit is exactly what you get.

First floor condo.

Nice condo. The piol was closed for two days, which i thought was poor. If needed parts or pool shock, should have been kept in stock. Very well decorated condo. I would suggest an electric reclining couch and chair for the elderly like us. The couch is uncomfortable to sit on. Balcony was nice, but balcony and walkway could have used a good power washing. But otherwise, a great condo. But again, it is such a busy place, i am uncertain how they keep it up. We enjoyed our week with the family.

Excellent location and property

This unit has a patio that is a 20 second walk to the pool, the tiki bar, and a 1 minute walk to the beach. This cannot be oversold - it’s a massive benefit. Property well maintained for its age and the unit is immaculate. Great location in Panama Beach - half mile walk to Edgewater shopping. Garage was initially intimidating because it was packed when we got there for check in on Saturday - snagged the last spot. Rest of the week there were no issues coming or going. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well appointed, and property rules enforced appropriately (e.g., not super lax but also not overzealous). Would stay there again, no hesitation.

Best vacation spot!

We had an amazing family vacation. The condo was located in the perfect spot. Back gate access to the tiki food/drink hut, short path to the beach, and the pool! We sat on the back patio and listened to live music 3 nights of our stay. We will definitely be staying here again.

Such a relaxing and fun get away for both our toddler and parents.

This condo was nothing less than perfect for us. Staying on the first floor was very helpful for our impatient toddler when she was ready to get to the pool and beach as they were just steps away, however guarded by locked gates for safety. Also, my parents brought their Yorkie and this was super convenient as they could just walk over to the potty area with ease. We will most definitely be staying here again and look forward to when we do. Thank you for all your guidance and assistance, Lynn! Until next time!
