The resort is nice Condo is as described. We registered at TideWater for our stay and the directions said no need to register at front desk but we did need to so that was confusing upon arrival. Unfortunately our unit was not clean I didnt contact owner thats on me. I just wanted to enjoy the rest of my stay we only came for a weekend.

Our stay was AMAZING! every morning I woke up and enjoyed the weather on the balcony and every night I got to enjoy the sunset! We couldn’t see sunrise but the sunset is such a beautiful site it makes up for it! The condo is beautiful and the host was amazing also. The host got back with me with any questions I asked and also let us get in early the day we arrived! I’m hoping they will accept me back as a guest soon because I miss it already and looking at dates I can come back down

We really enjoyed the stay and the condo. The owner is very easy to work with. Once we learned a routine with the elevators we never really had a problem with them.

Needs a GOOD CLEAN before I’d stay again.

Almost all of the elevators were broken, so you had to wait 30 minutes to go anywhere. The condo itself was nice, however.. it was dirty. Dishes still in the dishwasher, sand all over the floor, pretty sure there was black mold in the bathroom shower. The tiny tv in the queen room was bad enough on its own, but not having a remote made it worse. Only 4 coat hangers in the whole condo. The top of the fridge was so dirty we could write our name in it. The hallway bathroom toilet was being leveled by cardboard pieces. This condo could be perfect with a few upgrades (it was very well stocked and a great location) and if was cleaned really well. Needless to say, we had to wash our sheets, wipe down everything, unload the dishwasher, clean the shower, vacuum and mop (had to wash the nasty mop head first) before we could even unpack for the week!

Great balcony sunsets

Our overall experience was great. Condo is spacious and had everything we needed. You can see great sunsets from the balcony and all main areas. Two rental chairs and umbrella included was very nice to have but if you want front row, you need to get in line before they open at 8:30. Also, be prepared with patience. The elevators are definitely an issue especially during check-in and checkout times. We took the majority of our things to our car the night before checking out to avoid full elevators and no luggage carts. It worked. Saw many frustrated people waiting to get on elevators with all their things.Beach and water were perfect! Would stay here again but not during peak season just because of the sheer amount of people that could possibly stay here with 30 floors.

Relaxing Atmosphere

The location is perfect. Walking distance to pier park and steps to the beach. The balcony has a great view. The condo was fine for four of us. The owner was very kind and easy to communicate with.

Beautiful Condo

Absolutely love this resort. Our condo was great and clean. Communication with the host was timely. Only suggestion I have is maybe update the mattresses in the bedrooms for a more comfortable sleep. Thank you for a great week.

IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR VIEW DO NOT STAY HERE

Please beware of this listing if you care about your view of the ocean. This property states in its listing "Luxury abounds in ...our corner unit. Awe-inspiring panoramic view of the Gulf Coast and the sites of PCB right from your living room windows". When you walk out on the balcony you don't see a panoramic view. You see a concrete wall to your left and a side view of the ocean. I wish I could leave a picture here!! The balcony is very small vs the other balconies at this resort. This unit is not a corner unit but an END unit corner being to the street. From the living room window you do see down the street which at this time is full of construction and demolition. Not what I wanted to be looking at on my vacation. When we arrived there were only a few towels in the condo for 4 people, no linens for the couch as stated in the listing. We did arrive very late and I did not message the owner until the next morning. The sheets didn't arrive until another day later. He did offer for us to go buy more towels/linens but I didn't want to take time out of my vacay to go shopping for his unit. There were extra pillows in the unit but again no pillow cases to use on these pillows. When I did ask the owner about the view this is what I was I told. "As for the view I don’t know what to say......I am sure you will leave us a poor review but there isn’t anything I can do about the view." I wanted a full ocean view and pictures depicted such. Our family as very disappointed.

Disappointed

Shower in main bedroom did not work!! Bed mattresses extremely soft and uncomfortable. Not enough bath towels for number of guests, rug in bathrooms dirty and tables dusty. In addition, the television instructions did not match the brand TV nor were there any batteries in the 1st bedroom TV remote.

Great location and host communication!

The main complaint I’d have regarding this property is not the condo at all. It was well equipped, comfortable, well decorated, and had a beautiful view. The complaint is regarding the elevators. One set of elevators was broken for the first 3-4 days of our trip making getting from the ground floor to/from the 10th floor very difficult at times with wait times of over 20-30 minutes. At times, it was just easier to take the steps. For some, that may be impossible or when bringing up groceries for anyone, a very taxing chore. The elevators were working properly the last couple of days with much less wait times making the remainder of the stay more convenient.

Hurricane Helene uprooted our stay

Unfortunately we were due to arrive on the day of the Hurricane Helene's arrival. After many back and forth's we decided it wasn't worth driving into a storm that we had no control over. In speaking with the owner he was very understanding and was great to work with. I will definitely look at renting from them again just because of the way they handled things during that storm.

Great view!

Overall it was a great place and we loved it. There were several small things that could be better. The shower heads had mold on them and the blankets for the living room were very dirty!!! Also, it would have been nice to know they didn’t provide beach towels and we couldn’t bring the towels from the condo. Other than that, everything was amazing!!

Perfect Family Spot!!

We loved staying here for our annual beach vacay. We were a party of 2 young adults, a 1 year old and 2 grandparents and it was perfect for us!! We loved the located and all the amenities. The only mild compliant we had is that the dryer did not work well and it took forever for our items to dry after washing each day! Other than that, we would absolutely stay here again!
