Great balcony sunsets

Our overall experience was great. Condo is spacious and had everything we needed. You can see great sunsets from the balcony and all main areas. Two rental chairs and umbrella included was very nice to have but if you want front row, you need to get in line before they open at 8:30. Also, be prepared with patience. The elevators are definitely an issue especially during check-in and checkout times. We took the majority of our things to our car the night before checking out to avoid full elevators and no luggage carts. It worked. Saw many frustrated people waiting to get on elevators with all their things.Beach and water were perfect! Would stay here again but not during peak season just because of the sheer amount of people that could possibly stay here with 30 floors.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to pier park and steps to the beach. The balcony has a great view. The condo was fine for four of us. The owner was very kind and easy to communicate with.

Beautiful Condo

Absolutely love this resort. Our condo was great and clean. Communication with the host was timely. Only suggestion I have is maybe update the mattresses in the bedrooms for a more comfortable sleep. Thank you for a great week.

IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR VIEW DO NOT STAY HERE

Please beware of this listing if you care about your view of the ocean. This property states in its listing "Luxury abounds in ...our corner unit. Awe-inspiring panoramic view of the Gulf Coast and the sites of PCB right from your living room windows". When you walk out on the balcony you don't see a panoramic view. You see a concrete wall to your left and a side view of the ocean. I wish I could leave a picture here!! The balcony is very small vs the other balconies at this resort. This unit is not a corner unit but an END unit corner being to the street. From the living room window you do see down the street which at this time is full of construction and demolition. Not what I wanted to be looking at on my vacation. When we arrived there were only a few towels in the condo for 4 people, no linens for the couch as stated in the listing. We did arrive very late and I did not message the owner until the next morning. The sheets didn't arrive until another day later. He did offer for us to go buy more towels/linens but I didn't want to take time out of my vacay to go shopping for his unit. There were extra pillows in the unit but again no pillow cases to use on these pillows. When I did ask the owner about the view this is what I was I told. "As for the view I don’t know what to say......I am sure you will leave us a poor review but there isn’t anything I can do about the view." I wanted a full ocean view and pictures depicted such. Our family as very disappointed.

Shower in main bedroom did not work!! Bed mattresses extremely soft and uncomfortable. Not enough bath towels for number of guests, rug in bathrooms dirty and tables dusty. In addition, the television instructions did not match the brand TV nor were there any batteries in the 1st bedroom TV remote.

Great location and host communication!

The main complaint I’d have regarding this property is not the condo at all. It was well equipped, comfortable, well decorated, and had a beautiful view. The complaint is regarding the elevators. One set of elevators was broken for the first 3-4 days of our trip making getting from the ground floor to/from the 10th floor very difficult at times with wait times of over 20-30 minutes. At times, it was just easier to take the steps. For some, that may be impossible or when bringing up groceries for anyone, a very taxing chore. The elevators were working properly the last couple of days with much less wait times making the remainder of the stay more convenient.

Hurricane Helene uprooted our stay

Unfortunately we were due to arrive on the day of the Hurricane Helene's arrival. After many back and forth's we decided it wasn't worth driving into a storm that we had no control over. In speaking with the owner he was very understanding and was great to work with. I will definitely look at renting from them again just because of the way they handled things during that storm.

Great view!

Overall it was a great place and we loved it. There were several small things that could be better. The shower heads had mold on them and the blankets for the living room were very dirty!!! Also, it would have been nice to know they didn’t provide beach towels and we couldn’t bring the towels from the condo. Other than that, everything was amazing!!

Perfect Family Spot!!

We loved staying here for our annual beach vacay. We were a party of 2 young adults, a 1 year old and 2 grandparents and it was perfect for us!! We loved the located and all the amenities. The only mild compliant we had is that the dryer did not work well and it took forever for our items to dry after washing each day! Other than that, we would absolutely stay here again!

Everything just as listed.

Spacious, well stocked, appreciated having an extra fan and beach items, king bed was very comfortable. Washer/Dryer may need to be replaced soon. The dryer makes a horrible noise. Ceiling fans and bathtubs could use a deep cleaning. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great location, beautiful views

Location was great. Room was a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Slept like a rock in the comfy bed. Staff was pleasant and extremely helpful and friendly. The only down side to the whole stay was the elevators. If you were in a hurry, out of luck. Shortest wait was 2 minutes at 5 am. Longest was 15 minutes at 3 pm. Beach and pools were amazing!

Very Responsive Owner

We recently stayed 7 nights in this condo which was well kept and clean. That being said, we did have a couple of issues and reached out to the owner and did receive timely responses. The dryer does not dry very quick and makes a screeching sound when operating (said parts had been ordered but not come in yet), the wood flooring had several gaps, some quite large and could be a liability hazard if someone's toe caught on it and tripped and the front door lock only locks if you pull the door back a little due to a loose strike plate. All of these things were pointed out and Bill says he is having them addressed so hopefully will be fixed before the next guest. Overall we did have a good time and enjoyed our stay though yes, the elevators at this property are terrible!

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. We stayed for five days. The view from the condo was amazing the view of the beaches were amazing great views of Panama City. The Condo was very clean and up-to-date. Had way more space than I had expected. The property manager as well super fast and responding back if I needed anything. Overall, we loved the condo. We definitely will be back. The only issue that we had our entire stay was not with the condo itself. It was the elevators. Tidewater has seven elevators and only one out of the five days were they working so most of the time we had to walk down 10 flight of stairs to go to the beach. Either way it was still worth the trip and we do not regret our stay and neither will you!

Great Condo but be prepared for the slow evelvators.

This condo was very nice. Everything in the unit was clean and functional. The pool was nice and the beach service provided was an extra perk. Just try and plan your day around the elevators for the best experience. They are easy to get 1st thing in the morning and late in the evening. If you are going down, I recommend just taking the stairs.

Spacious and Clean

We really enjoyed this condo, with full kitchen, living room and large dining table. We used that table for every dinner meal as our friends whom were staying at Tidewater too would come eat with us. If so could make any recommendations it would be to change out the curtains for pull down black out shades. We enjoyed our time and would stay at this condo again. Not the fault of this host but the elevators are the worst!
