  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Everything was great. Living room furniture was uncomfortable. Couch offers little suppurt and sinks low, two chairs are low and must be for tiny folk. (We are not real tall -5'6" to 5'11") Also balcony floor is very dirty because of course it's outside, so keep your shoes on. We enjoyed nevertheless! Just be aware so you protect furniture and don't ruin socks. Fabulous time and would rent again!

Relaxing

My 1st stay here room 1404 was perfect! Clean rooms, very organized, balcony view phenomenal!! Loved that it was right on the beach. Beach service made it easy, to go back and forth from beach to pool and even condo for a break. Easy access to the ice cream shop and bakery across the street. The parking deck is laid out perfectly. I felt very safe staying here. I will suggest Twin Palms to friends and family.

Memorial day Weekend

Would like to leave this place 5 stars, but cannot. There was evidence of mold all over the ceilings. The cleaners had just left before we arrived and the floor was very very slick and slimy. It stayed that way the entire time. The remotes were slimy. All the surfaces. Later on, we met the neighbor and they asked how the condo was because they just had a major mold problem recently there. I have been stopped up since the first night. Hopefully not from the mold. Loved the location. Liked the condo. But everything was put away due to an apparent “deep clean”. We actually pulled things off the shelves and decorated the condo as it seemed very vacant and cheap looking. After we put all the decorations back out, it looked better. Disappointed in the condo, but location of the place was great.

Check in was easy. Everything looked good. The bed was very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The counters and stovetop had sand all over them. We had to wash them before putting anything on them. There were dirty dishes in the cupboard. We washed everything before cooking or eating. I wore socks or sandels at all times, the floors were very dirty. One morning, while we were cooking our breakfast, the door opened and a young girl was looking in. We did have the chain on, so she was only able to see in through a small area. She did apologize but it kind of made us feel a little uncomfortable that someone else had the combination to the door. We would not stay here again because of the extra work we had to put into feeling comfortable. Especially when we had to pay a cleaning fee.

Disappointed

I have always had good experience with condo rentals but left disappointed with this one. The location was great! Right on the beach and close to everything. The parking was also included and we always had a close spot to park. We were able to check in on time but once we got to the door the door to the condo was open. I went in and inspected and no one was there. The laundry room door was not intact and was propped against the wall. Multiple dishes we pulled out were dirty and there were spots on the ceiling. The guest room bedding was full of sand. The master bathroom was not clean. The tub was stained and the drain did not drain very well. I took the fastest shower I could so I could quickly get out of there. Overall I would not stay here again due to cleanliness.

Great view

Property located in a great location convenient to beach, food and other activities. Unit was clean, everything worked as advertised. Parking located on first 4 floors and elevators were always available. Great unit with only negative is that on spring break a $500 deposit is required and it requires trip to rental office - it would be better to have door key text to renters for convenience.

Excellent! My brother and I have been coming to the Palms for 4 years for a month every year and this property was wonderful. It had everything we needed. We were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall very nice condo. complaints- Raggedy chairs on patio need to thrown away. No local stations in main living room to watch college football. Everything else was very nice.

Great getaway

Loved location. Clean, beautiful living quarters, bathrooms and kitchen. On a gorgeous beach. Loved watching sunsets and moon rise from patio. Excellent vacation time. Close to Margueritaville and Sharkys and across the street from All American Diner.

True to the listing

Very convenient location, and the beach is just a few steps away, and you are close to many attractions and restaurants. The inside of the property is true to the listing. Beach chair service was a nice bonus. Communication with the property management company was a breeze, which was well beyond my expectations.

Great location

I enjoyed having the pool, sauna and ocean / beach chairs right there, the beds could be updated. But overall this was a beautiful place to stay. Clean and comfortable with everything you need. I would come again for sure and stay longer. It's 10am check out on time... so be ready to go. Loved it!! Nat
