Overall we had a very nice stay. Our unit was clean and looked the same as the photos on the listing. The free chairs and umbrella were very nice and we had no issues with them. The view of the beach from our balcony was stunning and the unit is located on a quieter part of the beach so it was never too busy. We did have some issues with the smoke detectors going off repeatedly for no reason but maintenance was very responsive and helpful in helping us to get it fixed.

The condo was very comfortable and nice. The king bed was also very comfortable. The dishwasher did not work and the owners replaced it the same day! Could use more silverware and the floors needed to be washed. Registering with Book That Condo which the owners use was a huge hassle. I ordered a package to be delivered to our address which goes through the Grand Panama front desk and received a picture it had been delivered to the front desk on my phone. When going to get my package it was nowhere to be found. Because they couldn’t read the name on the package in the picture it was not their problem. After spending a good amount of time with Amazon to correct the situation, we lost about an hour of beach time. An updated system needs to be put in place.

Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Loved the large balcony. Bring your bubble bath and enjoy the large soaker tubs in both bathrooms. Heated pooland hot tub were nice and tiki bar was open. Please note the parking garage is great for smaller vehicles. There is also outside parking and additional parking garage for larger vehicles. Please check in at lobby on ground floor for wristbands as you pull in. Master closet is small as they used it for the bunks. I would stay here again.

Great stay

Location was good. We walked to dinner at the Shrimp Basket, good spot. Beach not too crowded and the included rental chairs were nice. Pool was too crowded so we didn’t go. The condo was comfortable and plenty of room, nice balcony. The kitchen could use more silverware and be better stocked for cooking.

Exceeded our expectations!

The pictures of the condo were very accurate and on point. Beautiful condo and property. Kitchen well stocked and has a Keurig maker for coffee. Master bathroom was huge and clean. Secondary bathroom was nice but drained slow (did report to condo manager). Balcony was amazing and furniture was very nice/clean. Beach chair service was awesome and tiki bar was fun. Make sure to bring beach towels (only bath towels provided). If you drive and have room bring the extras like garbage bags, toilet paper, etc. we had to buy them and didn’t use it all so felt a little wasteful. Only real complaint was the construction/home improvements going on in the condo above us that woke us up a few mornings with pounding but hopefully they’ve finished by now! Overall, we would give it a 9.5 out of 10. We are considering staying at the same condo next year too!

Practically perfect in every way!

We absolutely loved this condo! It was exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was phenomenal and the view was breathtaking. The check-in process was super easy in the condo was extremely clean upon our arrival. The pool and other building facilities were very well kept. The proximity to the ocean could not have been better, and the beach/sand was beautiful. Our condo included chair service on the beach, so that was an added bonus! The weather was absolute perfection during our stay. We were also in good proximity to many restaurants (via car). The only negative I have was that the bunkbeds were not in great condition, and were very squeaky and wobbly. Because of how the mattresses were set into the bed frame, it was a struggle to keep the sheets on the mattress. Aside from that, we would definitely stay at this property again.

Wonderful

Very comfortable stay. Beautiful property, beautiful view, easy to check in and out, loved the keurig in the kitchen. Kitchen did need more supplies. Only one small pan, and a broken spatula. Made cooking for 6 a little more challenging. Asked for more towels and was told they were sending more, but towels were never brought. VRBO stated Beach chairs were included, but they were not due to it being off season during our stay. Chair service not valid after October 31. The chairs could be rented for $35.

BEAUTIFUL VIEW

Everything about this condo was fantastic! Very clean, property management was very communicative, incredible view from the 17th floor! We had 0 issues with our stay. Room looks exactly as listed. Loved that the stay included the 2 chairs & umbrella. I seen other reviews stating not bathroom door on the master bedroom, i assume this has since been update because it had a perfectly working sliding bathroom door! Only recommendation would be some sort of lighting if possible on the balcony because at night it is SO dark! However, not a necessity. We had a fantastic stay & would love to come back!

Misleading

Pictures were VERY misleading. Unit was extremely small. Beds were very uncomfortable. Owners were great with communicating however will not stay at this unit in the future. “Heated” pool was not heated at all.

Vacation

The condo was was great. Everything needed to enjoy the beach for a few day. We had an amazing view & enjoyed the location of the condo. Close to everything. The only minor issue was the LVT floor could use a good cleaning. Obviously not the fault of the owner, the cleaning crew just should have done more than sweep the sand away. I would recommend this condo.

What a mess

Sand everywhere in the unit. You could tell they hadn’t washed sheets on all beds. We literally rewashed all sheets ourselves just so we weren’t sleeping in sand. Not kidding. Parking is $50 and your not guaranteed a spot. The alignment between book that condo and the property manager is a joke. No property manager is on site past 5pm . They say there’s security on the property but we didn’t see security on our 30-45 minute driving around the property and the parking deck trying to find a parking spot on all 3 days we stayed . Would not stay again . Huge rip off and we stay condos , penthouses / nice places all the time .

Great stay in PCB

Property was as described. Great view of the beach and sunsets! Check in was a little confusing. Front desk is on the first floor of tower 2. Can be a long wait for elevators during peak beach time. Parking was super easy. The house could use some more silverware (I think only 4 forks) and cooking utensils. There is both a regular drip coffee pot and keurig for those interested. Great stay. We enjoyed our time at the beach.

Perfect size and location

The condo was perfect for 2 families of 4. We brought a couple air mattresses but there is a pull out couch too. We didn’t use the kitchen besides frozen pizzas so a pizza pan would’ve been nice, we made due with a cookie sheet ☺️ This condo is on the 17th floor so the elevators got busy but nothing crazy. The coffee shop downstairs didn’t seem to be open the whole time we were there so that was a bummer. Overall, we had an amazing time!
