Way too much money for such an embarrassing and disappointing experience.

I’ll just put it this way- spent more time on the phone with property management than I did enjoying sunsets……and I was there a week. Literally, every day on the phone with them. Spent almost 5 k on this and wouldn’t have spent 2 had I known. I travel A LOT, and never had an experience like this. I’m not a complainer and I almost feel bad about writing this, but it is what it is. Someone owes me some money for this mess. Oh- and literally had to wash every pot and pan before cooking- dried and stuck old food on all of them. Still a little speechless and it’s been a few weeks since we got home.

The location was perfect, close to plenty of restaurants, and activities for both adults and kids. The pool was very kid friendly. The beach views/access were perfect. They had a staff member at all entrances/exits that checked every person for a wrist band that belonged to the hotel, which made my family and I(traveling with 4 small children) feel safe while staying there. The condo itself was suitable for all 10 of us sleeping wise. However, it was very outdated and things broke as we were there. They did not supply adequate cooking supplies. The cooking supplies that were there were dirty and needed cleaned before even using. The floor turned our feet black the first couple hours of being there. The “pull out” bed within the couch was full of crumbs and food, as were both reclining chairs. Overall cleanliness was not great.

This place was perfect. The pool was a huge hit with my youngest and it is conveniently located to shops and places to eat. We loved it other than the elevator wait was a bit long. All and all a great vacation

View Galore

On the whole a great place. The resort itself was very nice. Pool area fantastic. Beach amazing. The views were out of this world. The unit needs updating kitchen cabinets old and weredirty inside. C world.

Beautiful view and great location

This is the second time we have stayed at the condo. The first time we had no issues, this time we noticed the kitchen was infested with roaches. We also noticed the bedroom closest to the ocean had mold on the curtain. Last March when we stayed we contacted them and told them the side door that leads to the balcony would not lock. Six months later it was still not fixed. Thankfully after another call they got the piece for the door and it was fixed. We have three autistic children and one of them tried going outside at 3am! The view is amazong

Just ok….

The check in process is not the best or easiest.Security agents are not friendly at all. If you have family or friends staying at a different condo they cannot come in without a wristband which is not right. Guests should be allowed without wristbands since we have paid for the condo.

PERFECT.

This condo was GIGANTIC and had everything we needed for our month-long stay in January! We've stayed at the resort before but this was our first time in this floorplan and with RealJoy. The management company was AMAZING. We may have been slightly high maintenance but they were SO responsive the entire time. Thank you!!

Wonderful place to stay!

This place was amazing! One of the best views on the ocean. Everything was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable and having 3 bedrooms with 3 baths was so nice.

Terrible building management, rude people

The people that works here are rude, we hated since the check in. Never staying here again never. Elevator full all the time. Pool and beach was nice.

Great stay!

Our unit was just as pictured! Very clean and beautiful views of the beach from all angles. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. There was plenty of room for 7 of us. Check in was fast and easy. We went the week after spring break so the beach wasn’t too crowded. Security was present but not overbearing which was nice with 4 teenagers. The pool (although a little chilly but so was the weather) was fantastic! Easy walk from the parking garage to our place. And easy walk from our place to the beach! We definitely plan on returning!

Family Spring Break

I’ll start with the good. The room was large enough for our group of 8 and the view is spectacular. Also, the pool area, tiki bar and restaurant on site were great! However, the unit needs a deep cleaning and the patio needs to be pressure washed. Couldn’t walk inside without shoes on, floor was filthy. and there was bird poo all over the balcony which was a huge turn off. The management company does not provide basic supplies to allow for a renter to keep the place clean. We had to buy sponges to clean the pans and cleaner to keep the counters clean. As for the resort itself, parking is a nightmare and the elevators are super slow. You definitely think twice about leaving.

Family Paradise

The property manager was fantastic and immediately responded. This condo was gorgeous. We loved everything about it. Cooked meals as a family in the kitchen. Enjoyed the phenomenal views from the family room and the balcony. The guest rooms were all beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean the place was considering salt and sand do their thing. I would recommend this condo and I would definitely stay here again. For reference, my husband and I stayed here with our kids ranging from 9 to 24 between Christmas and New Years.

Beautiful views, immaculate conditions

Very clean property, the large glass doors gave the best views from 14th floor ! This was a beautifully decorated space and I was very happy it is just as pictures show. My only wish is if there were wall plug ins with ocean scent or clean linen that would of been perfect to get rid of stuffy smell when you first walk in. Conveniently located but parking was very confusing no one could direct us or knew where we could park. It should be clearly noted in the instructions from host. Overall we had a great time very glad we booked this trip.

Perfect condo

One of my best stays in Panama. Only bad thing was the elevators, the waits can be long. Also the unit parking is so tight. The wifi keep going out we had to reset couple of times for it to work but Overall Condo and location are great I would stay here again.

Great place for the $$

We rented for 30 days and was under $2000! Amazing deal. Everything was good, other than a few improvements such as better cookware in the kitchen and in December the pool was very cold.

The unit was very nice with a great view.

The unit we stayed in was very nice and modern with good furniture and new appliances. The view was beautiful and the pool was nice. The elevators can be slow and parking is tight.

Great stay once we got inside

We were given the wrong door code and didn't get there until 11 pm. Tried several times to reach someone, finally reached after hours emergency line after almost an hour of standing outside the unit. We were given a new code. Also, there was 2 bags of trash right outside the door for 2 days. Fi ally got someone to come get it. Furniture on patio is broken, otherwise was a nice stay.
