  • Shores Of Panama Resort unit 1616. The entire Shores Of Panama Resort is Directly on the beach. What is great about our unit?
    Our resort is beachfront with no walkovers. Your view of the Gulf is majestic from the Living as well as Main Bedroom.
    There are NO amenity fees upon arrival with our rental.
    It is one of the NICEST units in The Shores of Panama. It has been professionally remodeled with beautiful furniture, fresh colors and loaded with original art. There is no carpet anywhere...all hard surface floors. It has a DOUBLE balcony with master and living room breathtaking views.
    1 vehicle is allowed in garage and there is paid city overflow parking down the street or fcfs limited extra parking in garage.
    We have a NEW high capacity washer and dryer for your convenience. It will come in handy on week stays.
    This unit comes with one FRONT reserved parking spot in the most convenient location on the 2nd floor garage and is conveniently located close to the elevator. Elevators and stairs are only feet away from the entry to the room. We have a total of 3 condos very close to each other in the building so please ask for groups.
    Parking is on beach side with elevator close to unit, no long walking to your car.
    The bunk room has a door, smart tv, and closet as well as private bath. The bottom bunk is a FULL size.
    The MBR has a king size bed and is a large room with smart tv, full bath and closet. There is also a desk and chair for remote work. View is straight out to the gulf.
    The living room has a sofa with a queen pull out mattress.
    *Please note the stucco is being repaired on the building and there will be possible noise during daytime hours. Our balcony stucco is COMPLETED with an unobstructed view so there is no risk of closure or workers on our balcony.
    This is an artist's personal condo completely remodeled and furnished with upscale decor with comfort in mind. You have to visit with us at least once!! You will want to come back to The Shores of Panama often. Not your average rental condo!!
    We are located on the 16th floor. Attention to detail is top priority to make your stay like home.
    PLEASE NOTE
    Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon May through October. We do not refund, change dates or offer concessions during extreme weather. Please plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance. It is easy to obtain and available through multiple companies. Just google travel insurance.

    The pool is approximately 18,000 sq. feet with 468 feet of gulf frontage. There is also an indoor heated pool and workout room.

Our stay at The Shores of Panama was absolutely amazing! The balcony views were breathtaking, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. The condo was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed—plenty of room for six, even though there were only four of us. Everything was smooth from check-in to checkout, and the owner’s responses were super quick and helpful, which made the trip even better! We truly had the best time and can’t wait to come back!

From checking in to checking out ease and communication was excellent.Unit has the best reserved parking spot in the building.Unit was clean everything you need.Great view of pool.We had plenty of hot water at all times was a plus.Would definitely return.Resort was awesome with great pool with food and a bar.

Loved it!!

The resort was so nice for a family. Everything you needed was right there. Stephanie was a fantastic host! Very detailed and left no questions unanswered from checkin to checkout. Highly recommend!!

Nice stay

We had a great stay here. Stephanie was very quick to respond and gave great information for the condo/property. This condo also provided things we have had to bring with us in the past…… extra toilet paper, paper towels, snack bags, dish soap etc. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful view. Excellent TV channels and wi-fi. Beautiful property and convenient to grocery store, gas station and shopping. Check-in and parking was very hectic due to the Thunder Rally. Once settled into our condo, we had a great time

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo is exactly as advertised with beautiful views of the gulf. We would stay again but at a less busy time- we went during spring break so beach was VERY busy!

Property manager was super responsive which made the process very easy. Excellent location made getting lunch on the beach really convenient.

WONDERFUL PROPERTY & HOSTS!!!!

I could never recommend this place or the hosts enough! We had a wonderful stay in a perfectly clean and stocked (toilet paper, towels, wash cloths, dish washing liquid, feminine hygiene products, chairs, sand buckets, etc.) room! Our stay here was magnificent and the hosts were so generous and kind. I 100% recommend this property. Hoping to be able to book with the same host in the future!

The stay was amazing, clean place, beautiful view, great pool and beach access. The best part was how close the parking spot was to the elevator. walked right out and was the second car, and then the condo was the first one on the floor. made packing/unpacking so easy!! definitely recommend!

The condo itself was amazing!

We loved absolutely everything about the condo itself. We love the guards at the entrances and all the gates. We just happen to go during spring break and it’s directly beside pineapple, willies, and we could not even see the beach from the crowds of people, but that was our own fault to no fault of the condo itself.

Family Time

Stephanie was outstanding in replying to any questions and was very proactive in providing information about the condo. The condo is in an ideal location, and has everything you need for a short or extended stay! My family and I had a fantastic time and I would definitely book here again and I highly recommend her and the condo for vacation for other travelers.

4th of July

The condo was very clean, great view of the ocean, online check-in made it easy to access, and the reserved parking spot was a big plus! The location is perfect for PCB. The property owner was very engaged and very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend this property to others.

Exceptional!

My family and I were a guest of Shores of Panama for a week and had a wonderful time! The communication with our host was exceptional! The only con of the whole stay was the elevator as there were multiple times we had to wait 10 minutes for it to pick us up (we were on the 16th floor, out of 23). One of the best conveniences of the stay was having Wal Mart across the road, walking distance, of the hotel. I recommend staying here but make sure if you do, get a room on the same floor you park, otherwise you will be waiting a good amount of time for the elevator.
