We were in Rosemary Beach in December for the tour of holiday homes. This condo was absolutely perfect. Was walking distance to everything in Rosemary. Amenities were wonderful. Even with the added benefit of having a small grocery store on the first floor for any essentials. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Our only concern was that the air conditioner was not working when we arrived but the owner was great and got it fixed. The sofa really needs new cushions or new stuffing and the floors could use some rugs in the living room and bedrooms. Overall the condo was great for our stay and Stacy was great with all the communication.

This was our first time staying in a condo on 30a versus a house and we couldn’t have been happier. The location was amazing for my daughter and her two friends (three 15 year olds!). Everything we needed was in the condo - beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, wagon, beach towels. We were able to pack so light. It was so convenient being above a shop where we could pick up bits and pieces as needed (a spare dishwasher pod, extra bag of chips, cocktail sauce!) and there was fun stuff happening all around us. Bike rental right out front, pizza place for the kids dinner, shops, and a cute little bar for my husband and I to have a nightcap. And yet it wasn’t noisy, just lively and fun. It was perfect for us this year with teens. Easy walking distance to Rosemary shops and the Seacrest beach access. We drove the car over to Inlet Beach one day for a quieter beach day than Seacrest. We had a great time. We’ll be back!

Perfect spot for our girls’ trip! The condo was comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped. Communication was easy and seamless. Best of all, it’s steps from coffee, restaurants, and just a short walk to Rosemary and Alys Beach. Would definitely stay again!

We had a truly wonderful stay at the 30A condo. The space was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short stroll to the beautiful Rosemary Beach, cafes and restaurants, the Farmer’s Market, and a lovely pool area.We’re already looking forward to returning next year, and we’re even thinking of bringing a few friends along to share the experience. The condo was perfect and fitted our needs very well.. The condo was very spacey and clean upon arrival.. Few tips:Go to the public beach up the street and not the private beach. The private beach is too busy and packed, literally no place to set up chairs. Not big deal just don't waste your time on private beach.Renting bikes is a must, we did this the first day there for the week and it was great. We rode our bikes everywhere including the public beach... The front of the buildings have a band at night and bar and small pop up restaurants, very fun. We will definitely will be back as this experience was great. Definitely 5 star host !

We had a wonderful week-long vacation with our family of six (two adults and four children)! The condo was clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly and literally on 30A! We loved the location - close to Peddler’s Pavilion, restaurants, and shops - and especially appreciated the access to the beautiful pool and private Seacrest Sunset beach area that was a few blocks away.The beach chairs, umbrella, toys, and cooler provided were a huge help. We also had a car and enjoyed exploring different public beach access points like Inlet, Grayton, Laguna, and Panama City Beach. We visited Seaside and PCB by car, and loved walking and biking around Rosemary Beach and along 30A.We cooked most of our meals in the condo and used the grills by the pool several times. A quick note for future guests: the unit includes a very small starter supply of essentials like soap, trash bags, and dishwashing detergent - enough for a day or two. If you're staying longer or plan to cook frequently, you’ll want to bring or purchase extras like trash bags, dish and laundry detergent, oil, spices, salt and pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, zip-locs and plastic wrap.That said, we had a great experience overall! The 30A area is unique when it comes to beach access, but we found it easy to navigate - and it encouraged us to get out and explore even more of the beautiful Gulf Coast. Thank you for a great week!

Had a great week staying at this Village condo! It was the perfect location with two small kids and having all of the amenities within walking distance. The golf cart tram to and from the beach was awesome! However, the beach was sometimes a little overcrowded so we went to the public beach twice during our stay. It was also a holiday week so probably more crowded than normal. Overall, a positive experience!

Incredible Stay and Spot!

We highly enjoyed our stay here! Access to all of the amenities and everything you need is a short walk away. The tram was awesome getting to and from Seacrest beach! Condo was very spacious and clean! Beds were extremely comfortable. Beach chairs and umbrellas were a life saver. Below condo is an awesome grocery store with eventing you could need. Quick walk to Rosemary. Numerous places to eat within the complex and all were amazing! Hosts were great and very responsive. We can’t wait to come back! Thanks again.
