The location and accommodations were perfect for our family of 5. Although, it was an off season the kids loved the heated pool and the lazy river. The communication with the property manager was great. We booked the apartment last minute and she was very accommodating. We had a great time!

Great trip

Booked last minute and the stay was great. The TV in the living room was messed up during the stay. They responded quickly to troubleshoot. Fast elevators. Clean room. Good view. Would stay here again!

Wonderful first time for my 3 kids at the beach. Very clean, had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool, lazy river, and water slides. Just a short walk to the beach, beautiful view from room. Awesome stay. Will book again!

Perfect vacation!!!

We had the best vacation at this room and resort! The condo was clean, exactly as pictured, and perfect for our family. We used the provided bed rail and my 3 year old slept on the bottom bunk. We set up a pack in play in the hall bathroom from my 1 year old. They both slept great every night. I have a chronic back pain so sleeping in some beds can be very painful for me but I did not have any issue at all with this bed. I slept great and was pain free!! The kids loved the water slides, but the water was freezing so they had a hard time playing in it very long. The pools and lazy river were very nice. I believe one pool is supposed to be heated, but we couldn’t tell. They were all a little chilly but it is September. I love how some of the lazy river and one pool is covered so you could be in them to get out of the sun or you could still be in them if it was raining. Beach chairs were provided with the room, which was great! We had an excellent vacation and would love to stay here again.

Elevators and Heights

Overall this is a fun property and you can create some awesome memories here, but two things I wish I was aware of before visiting: 1. The elevators are a nightmare. Between 4-6 there can be an hour wait and they have no A/C and the doors will injure you if you try to stop them. Words cannot describe the anger these elevators can induce. 2. After you get off the elevator you have to walk an open-air catwalk that is terrifying if you are uncomfortable with heights. I could not be in the room for the first few days for more than a few minutes because of the elevator and catwalk. I would personally never stay here again because of the elevators. You have been warned.

Great location and great condo

Check in was fast and easy. The condo was exactly what our family of three needed. My son, age 8, loved the bunk beds. The only downside was the elevators at times but hey what do you expect at a condo on the beach. Overall it was a great 5 days.

Perfect for kids

This condo had just about everything we needed on our short vacation. The location and amenities were great. The pool and kids area never felt crowded and the beach chair and umbrella service really topped it off. The condo was older but nice and clean. The view from the balcony was amazing. I have one complaint about this condo and it is that the king bed was super uncomfortable to me and my husband. It could use an updated mattress. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Great place

Looked exactly like the photo's. Very clean and nice and spacious. Kids loved the bunk beds! Easy check in and check out. Best tub in master. Loved it. Furniture wasnt the most comfortable to me, but everyone has different preferences on that. Easy to get to the beach. Kids loved the pool areas! Beach was beautiful and nice. All and all loved it! Excellent communication with the property owners. All seamless.

We have been coming down to PCB for three years now and this rental has been the one with the best customer service so far. The condo was exactly what was advertised. The pools were well maintained. Beach access was simple. The view was perfect. Would absolutely stay here again.

Family stay at Splash

This was our family’s second time staying at Splash. The condo was clean, check in was easy, and we received a phone call early on in our stay to make sure everything was going well. We loved the fitness center with the ocean view. We visited the pool every day and loved it. It was clean as well. The only recommendation I would give is if you plan on cooking at the condo, bring your own salt and pepper, seasonings. There are none provided. We loved our stay at Splash and would definitely recommend!
