Great Condo Location

Great Location. Right on the beach. The views from the master bedroom and living room are spectacular. It was my husband and grandsons first time at the beach. They had a blast. Communication was a bit delayed with the property managers. The only suggestions I have are as follows: Please stock more toilet paper and paper towels for a large family. We could have used more towels too. The floors needed to be swept better there was small pieces of glass in the room with 2 beds and small pieces of trash under the tv console. Supplying your guest with a beach chair would also be appreciated. We could have used dishwashing soap or soap for the dishwasher too.

I loved the condo great furniture and updated “enough”. I do think the housekeeping could have been better, the floors weren’t swept anywhere but main walking there was leftover chips and dirt under the tables. The pillowcases were stained”hopefully “ and there was hair in the main bathroom shower caked in urine and urine under the toilet.

Great Place, Needs Minor Improvements

Not able to securley lock yourself in the condo, the secondary door lock did not function. If someone could have figured out the combo lock they could have entered while we were sleeping (we did not feel safe about that) 2nd bath shower was not able to get cold/cool water. You had to take a warm/hotter than preferred shower MBR shower pressure was hardly nothing at all and on one day we ran out of hot water with only 1 person taking a shower. You need to inspect the hot water heater We really loved the condo and enjoyed the stay other than what was mentioned.

Condo was clean. Check in was easy. Plenty of Elevators and they were fast. Big plus! We cooked and the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils, pots, pans etc. that we needed. An extra trash bag would have been nice. Location is in the Heart of PCB on the strip. A little busy for me - especially during July. That is why I gave the location a 4 however my family was fine with it so that is personal preference.

Loved the condo. It is so spacious and worked great for our family. As with a lot of condos beds are lacking and need blankets as it is really thin bedding. View is amazing! Stocked well. Love that it has adequate seating for eating. We made wonderful Memories !

I loved most of my life in the Florida panhandle, and I can honestly say I haven’t seen the water and beach look this good in years. The area is definitely making a comeback! What a joyous weekend, and a great value for the money! We will be back!!

Clean well kept , very roomy & equipped nicely. Beds were very comfortable.

Outside very clean a d pool area nicely kept with lots of Lounging area with comfortable seating. Easy access to pool & beach. Only disappointment was checking in. I know there are rules that are applied so all treated same, but this unit had been vacant for 1 week & we knew room had NOT been left dirty until day of our chk in. We arrived approximately 3 hrs before scheduled chk in & asked if we might get the room.? We were given the run around that housekeeping was doing their best ( no housekeeping was at that bldg) we were outside in hallway waiting for a text code for the door from the office. Finally after 2 hrs & several phone calls door code was texted to us. If someone had just checked out that AM I would have no problem waiting on housekeeping but a vacancy for a WK & state room was not ready was simply not true. Why would you not be open to good relations for a satisfied guest!
