Amazing trip and Janet was extremely responsive and helpful. The unit was well kept and the view was amazing. Great property in the middle of all that PCB has to offer. Will definitely stay again.

Great time

Emerald isle condos is a beautiful place to stay. We stayed on the 22nd floor and the view is amazing. Located on the west side of panama city where is less crowded, great for families.

Magical Two Weeks

Panama City Beach Vacation

The condo was perfect—clean, well-stocked, and with a wonderful parking spot! The property is well-kept, and everything worked great. The two pools and hot tub were awesome. Fast, clean elevators made our stay even better. The location was great for us as well.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The parking spot was super convenient right in front of the elevators. The condo was very clean, comfortable beds and both were king size, shower stall and jetted tub was top of the line. Then the balcony and that 22nd floor view was fabulous!!! We seen dolphins, sting rays from the balcony. The chairs and table on the balcony was very comfy too. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. The beach chairs and umbrellas was a great perk too. We will be back!!

First time renting from this owner, but this is the condo complex we always stay at. The unit we stayed in this trip was all that it was advertised to be, meaning everything was well laid out, clean, and the view from the balcony was excellent. Had no issues and the owner responded promptly to all text messages.

Outstanding condo. We have atayed at Emerald Isle several times, and we loved this unit. The views were great, my wife and I enjoyed being on the 22nd floor.We did have an issue with the washer/dryer, we called Janet and she helped us with it,(would recommend new ones)We would love to be repeat guests at this place!!!!!!

I cannot recommend this listing enough! Everything was perfect for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, the space was incredibly clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was spacious and inviting. One of the reasons we booked this condo was because of the balcony and it did not disappoint! We enjoyed watching the wildlife from the balcony and listening to the sounds of the ocean. The facilities were clean, the reserved parking space was amazing, and the elevators were surprisingly quick!When we did have an issue with the washer, Janet was very responsive and helpful! We really loved staying here and will be back!

Spring break getaway

Great stay. Very relaxing and peaceful stay. Facilities were nice and quiet. Pools and beach were great. Owners were very proactive with communication about the property and procedures. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful beach!

The property has a wonderful balcony and is located right on the beach! The ocean was so fun to play in and the sunsets are amazing! We would rent this condo again!

We returned for a second time & were not disappointed!

This condo has become our “go-to” destination! We returned because we were so favorably impressed and we’re so glad we did! From the super easy check in, to the fresh cleanliness, to the thoughtful hospitality… we couldn’t ask for more! Gorgeous view and convenient location made this the condo that we will be returning to, over and over.

Breathtaking views

This condo was all that was advertised and more! The condo was nice and clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Great water pressure. Washer and dryer worked well. Parking spot was very close to elevators. We enjoyed the beach chair service. The pool area was spotless. The view from the balcony was spectacular! We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony every morning. Everyone that we came in contact was very helpful and polite. We will definitely book with Ed and Janet again.

Vacation 2024

We enjoyed our stay very much! The unit was as advertised. The host Janet was awesome. We were there during hurricane Helene. She kept up to date with messages from the GM of the building and things we needed to do. Everything was great and we will definitely stay again.

My family has been staying at Emerald Isle for the past 11yrs.. We have stayed in multiple different condos over the years and this by far is the best condo we've rented. It was spotlessly clean and had newer appliances. The owners had everything prepared and waiting as far as wristbands, parking pass etc.. We will be back again. Thanks for the great vacation.

Perfect Little Beach Getaway

Janet was a fabulous host and the condo was perfect for our family of four. We had everything we needed, and even more with the extra baskets of goodies in each bathroom. She had everything we needed for check-in and responded promptly to any questions we had. The condo was clean and had the best view of the ocean! We hope to be back soon!

Loved the balcony

We did have a wonderful time. Carpets need a cleaning. Would like to have more towels when we get there. Other than that it is a wonderful place. Enjoyed watching dolphins from the balcony.

Beautiful view

What a beautiful view!! Janet was an excellent host and communicator. Always prompt when contacted. The parking spot and wristbands left in condo were super convenient. Beds were comfortable. Would recommend staying here.
