  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Great location..access to everything on the beach within 5-10 minutes.Loved the 2 sink large counter top separate from the shower/toilet area.Plenty of space/seating for 5-6 people.

Great Beach Front Views!

This property is located perfectly down the beach away from Pier Park with less crowds and conveniently close to a fan favorite Pineapple Willy’s. Overall the property is decent however could use a few fixes. Cabinetry in the kitchen could be updated, but that’s aesthetic, not function. They do their job. However the a/c in the bedroom is terrible. It can be an ice box in the main area and warm in the bedroom. Our other two issues were the slider to the balcony in the bedroom needs fixed and because there are two beds in the master they are full size vs queen so they’ll both fit. My husband and I are not tall nor large people and this still wasn’t comfy for us. I’d suggest at minimum a queen and maybe some twin bunks if you’re looking for “family” options which is what I’m assuming, because surely two couples aren’t sharing a room for a week lol. Overall good place for the price. Just a few minor issues.

Family friendly

Love staying here! This was our second time. We enjoy the location, parking being not in a garage, the fact that every room is beachfront and that it’s so family friendly. There aren’t any drunk kids running around. We can feel like our kids are getting a safe, drama free vacation.

Great week

We love Panama City Beach and all that there is to do there. This condo exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for the 3 of us. We have stayed at Long Beach Resort several times and it is our favorite- perfect location, great pools and The Hang Out bar at the pool has great drinks, music and food.

This condo was the perfect size for our family of four. The balcony is huge. We really enjoyed having a large table on the balcony so we could eat meals while looking at the view. Having beach chairs available and set up for us on the beach was a plus. We spent every day in them. We didn’t want to leave.

Room was ok But The furniture was absolutely filthy my arms on the chairs were so dirty my skin would stick to them and the sofa was black with dirt . We put a bed sheet on it . the glass patio door had fingerprints all over it . Needs to be Updated . I give it a 2 out of 5

Comfortable condo with great ocean views

Overall this property worked out very well for our family. The oversized balcony was perfect for taking in the ocean views. The only drawback for us was that the bathroom could use some more attention when cleaning. The mildew all over the shower curtain liner, as well as on the shower head should be addressed. This could be a pretty easy and quick fix by the cleaners. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay at this property.
