Our family of 8, 6 adults and 2 children enjoyed the condo’s roomy interior. The kitchen was well appointed, the bedrooms spacious, and the views amazing. We were able to walk to dinner and only got in the car by choice. You could easily park your car and never move it throughout your stay. The Starbucks in the Corner Market was a plus.

Condo was nice and large. The bedrooms,bunkroom and bathrooms were spacious. The beds were comfortable. The balcony provided a spectacular view of the beach. The kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to stay in and cook. Both of the outdoor pools were very cold, and no one was using them to swim in. Not really sure why they were so cold, considering that we stayed the second week in September. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Very old building

The inside of unit was beautiful and just as described. The owner of unit was prompt and kept in communication. The major problem I had was not with unit but the building itself. The parking was absolutely horrible the elevators were so so soVery slow it was a joke with anyone we bumped into. How slow you ask??! Push button toGo down one time it was 21 minutes before it came and when it did it was packed full had to wait 16 more minutes for next one it was truly irritating. The halls of unit looked like you were in a nasty place that is until you walked into the beautiful unit.

Condo was beautifully decorated and had very nice furniture! Beds were comfy! Kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes! Elevators were a little crowded and slow but that’s not the condo rooms fault!

We had a wonderful time here. The condo was just as described and perfect for our womens getaway. There were 10 of us and we had plenty of room. Will definitely keep this condo as one of our favorites.

Loved the beach and location

We overall had a great stay. We enjoyed the condo the issues we had was the lack of curtains in the main area sun made it very hot and constantly in your face. There were curtains there at one point as there were tracks in the ceiling. The curtains in the master bedroom had a rip in it. The kitchen was well stocked and had a large island. The bunk bedroom had a T.V. but it did not work. The air conditioner did not cool the rooms down enough so it was hot at night. We rented some golf carts but we were not allowed to park on the property so we paid to park them across the street through the condo next door. They are doing a lot of road construction in front of the condo and down the road. The condo is close to pier park and lots of area attractions which was nice. I wish they had some beach chairs to use while we were there. Overall we had a nice vacation and enjoyed the condo.

The only problem we had is that we went to breakfast and got back at 9:30 to load our vehicle and the door combination was already changed and we could not get back in the room. We wasted a lot of time contacting the company so we could gain access to our belongings.

Family Vacation

Family vacation in Panama City Beach. We had a great time! We loved the room. It was large for our family to lounge and still have some privacy. We enjoyed the balcony time as well as walking out directly to the beach. Can’t wait until next time!!

Positives: beautiful condo and views. We were here during Hurricane Helene, We felt safe in this building. Negatives: On arrivial the floor was dirty and had sand on it. We had to sweep the floor and go buy a swifter to wash the floor. Out of 7 elevators, only 2 elavotors were working intermittenently the last 2 days. Getting checked out by 10 am Saturday was a very bad experience since only 1 elevator was working for 30 floors. The kitchen appliance were great, but when we went to cook pancakes the electric griddle did not have an electric cord. Overall: We expect some negative on the condos we lease, but overall It did not affect our vacation.The family vacation was enjoyed except the elevator issue during checkout.

A great unit!!

Besides a few issues at check in with the property management, the unit was awesome!! Enough room for the group size and plenty of space to spread out. Enjoyed the kitchen amenities as well! Amazing view, would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo

I stay in this condo every year during the Jazz Festival and I'm never dissappointed. The condo is clean and fully stocked with everything you need. The staff at the resort is helpful and very courteous. Only 1 elevator was working in the building which made it hard to get up & down to the unit but this unit still gets a 10 from me.
