The open-concept design connects the living area, dining space, and kitchen into one fluid room that faces out toward the Gulf. The TV anchors a comfortable seating area, and the overall arrangement lends itself equally to movie nights and lingering conversations over a shared meal. A dedicated workspace is available for those who need to stay connected. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room adds flexible sleeping capacity for the group.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to eight guests in total. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, as does the first guest bedroom. The second guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. Each room is set up with bed linens and hangers, and the end-unit position means additional windows and a quieter feel throughout.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a quick breakfast before the beach to a proper dinner in. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and cooking basics, along with dishes and silverware for the group. The open layout keeps whoever's cooking connected to the rest of the space rather than tucked away.

Outdoor living
The wraparound balcony is the centerpiece of this condo - panoramic Gulf views in every direction, with room for seating, morning coffee, or evening drinks as the light changes over the water. Resort access & extras
Guests have full use of the resort's gym, and covered parking is included with an assigned space on the same level as the condo - no hauling luggage across a parking structure. Good to know
The condo includes a washer and dryer, iron, hair dryer, shampoo, air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi throughout. Home safety equipment includes a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher. Self check-in is available via keypad. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are permitted. Please note that essentials (towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper) are not included and guests should plan to bring or source these independently.

There is an additional fee of $115 plus tax due upon arrival to the resort for parking passes and wristbands (not included in your booking total). You are allotted two parking passes.
