I had done a lot of research in the area and knew I wanted to stay on the premises of Carillon. This condo’s location is perfectly placed by the entrance of Carillon with access to (2) pools, short walk to the beach, right next to the local shops, sufficient parking, and Publix across the street. Although this condo delivered on all marks for location, I was unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the unit and communication with the listing manager. After our 6.5 hour drive we arrived to find the unit shower covered in hair, mismatch bath and beach towels, mix of used remnant toiletries, and sand/crumbs/dust on every surface. Each time I reached out to the listing manager it took several hours for a response. The listing manager did provide a minimal discount to the cleaning fee charge which we appreciate considering the expense of our stay. Fortunately we didn’t spend much time in the unit because the location provided such great convenience and that made the stay worth it!

We have always loved staying in Carillon! This was our first experience at the Inn and it did not disappoint. Just enough space for my husband and I… the views are great looking across the lake to the ocean. Would certainly stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The complex seems a little dated but the view was awesome and the beach area was beautiful and not overcrowded. The main door to the unit faces a busy four lane highway so it was a little noisy at times but we enjoyed our stay!

This experience is very worth your time. It is very quiet with good atmosphere. It is in the middle of a small villa like community that takes you to the beach. Very comfy and cozy.

It was a very nice place to stay, Colleen is on top of anything you need asap and checks in on you upon arrival. Not too far of a walk to the beach. She had many amenities in the room that you would need for the beach.

This is a great unit overlooking the water. It has a great beach vibe to it. Colleen has definitely put her signature decorating touch to this unit. I loved her color scheme of navy and white. This unit has everything you need to make vacation memories. She has made a small space feel large and extremely comfortable. We look forward to returning in the not too distant future. Thank you, Colleen.

The place was perfect! We were in walking distance of the beach, a grocery store/ liquor store and restaurants . There were 3 pools on site, one that overlooked the beach. The beach was completely private. Never crowded. They had everything we needed for a day at the beach. They provided a cooler, chairs, umbrellas and a cart to carry everything. Airport was a 20 min Uber ride from the condo. Rosemary beach was 7 mins away. This condo was very clean. Big refrigerator, microwave but no stove. The bed was comfortable. We loved our stay.

Beautiful weather & beautiful beaches! This studio condo was perfect for our weekend getaway! The cart the owners provided was a nice surprise to roll our chairs & cooler down to the beach. Pools were awesome & neighboring restaurants very good!

Such a beautiful condo with amazing views of the lake and the Gulf of Mexico. My husband, son, and I fit comfortably in the apartment. It was immaculately clean. The check in process was simple. The owner was even kind enough to allow us to check in a little early as we were moving from another building and had food that needed to be refrigerated. The location is just outside the chaos of PCB but a short drive if you want to be a part of it. We were given a golfcart ride to the beautiful onsite beach and really enjoyed walking around the property. The little beach cafe downstairs has great food and ice cream! The owner really pays attention to the small details. She thought of everything from providing beach chairs and a cooler to a mattress pad for the pullout sleeper. We would definitely love to stay here again!

I needed a last minute condo for a few days for a softball tournament in PCB...this was perfect! Clean, convenient, and Carillon is a charming community. I wasn't really going to the beach here this trip, and I could see where that may be a trek from the Inn. However, I did notice that there was a shuttle available. The property manager was very helpful during my stay!

We had a wonderful stay. We love Carillon Beach and this property offered a great way to enjoy all of it amenities. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. This was a perfect spot for our 4th of July get away.

My wife and I like this property. It’s close enough to 30A but you don’t have to fight the traffic to get there. Common areas/amenities are nice, and it’s a great little walk to the beach access. This unit was clean and well decorated, and has a nice view of the neighborhood. There are restaurants on-property, or there’s a kitchen for making a small meal (Publix is across the road). If it’s just the two of y’all, definitely check this place out.

We had a great time at this condo! The room was cute, comfy and worked perfect for two of us. We enjoyed the view of the lake off the balcony. The beach is gorgeous, a little bit of a hike, but the nice staff at the front desk gave us a golf cart ride a couple times. Note that while the kitchen does have a stove top, there is no oven. Leave your frozen pizzas at home. :) Publix was just a hop away for easy grocery access. Would definitely stay again!

This condo was perfect for our long weekend getaway-we absolutely loved it! The unit was very clean, a great amount of space for a couple or small family, and had a beautiful view. The owner was so easy to work with, accommodating, and quick to respond. The community had much to offer including great restaurants/cafes, fun activities for the beach or bike riding, and all of the employees were welcoming and friendly. We would highly recommend staying here. We will certainly return!

Our visit was a last minute one based on dropping off our daughter at camp. A friend recommended Carillon and it was wonderful. This is a great way to be close to all that 30A has to offer without being in the crazy traffic every minute. The condominium was darling and perfect for two.
