If I could give a 10 out of 5 rating, I would! This condo is stunning! We have stayed at multiple units in The Emerald Isle and #2107 is by far the best – beautifully decorated, fully equipped, and exceptionally clean. This building is located on the west end of PCB which we enjoy as it is less busy and close to the PCB Conservation Park. There are good-sized Samsung smart tvs in the living area as well as the two bedrooms. The bathrooms adjoining each bedroom have been recently remodeled; the showers are excellent. The owners have thought of everything to fully equip the kitchen which also has been remodeled. The mattress in the primary bedroom is very comfortable (we did not use the second bedroom). The washer/dryer are both LG ThinQ. Location, location, location - right on the beach and a spacious balcony to view the Gulf. One can stand at the kitchen sink and have a spectacular view of the emerald-colored Gulf waters through the living area sliding door. We found Southern Coast Vacation Rentals very accommodating and appreciated excellent communications throughout the entire process. Bad weather was forecast for our home location; we were able to shuffle our dates.
