Great amenities, excellent view from the balcony. Ease of access from the main road. Parking was a bit cumbersome and time consuming because it’s on the other side of the property so you’d have to park and cross a bridge to get there but they have loading carts in each parking floor connected to the bridge for loading and unloading your luggage. It is next to all the places you’d like to visit including a pier couple blocks down the road for fishing or sight seeing. No complaints, everything was provided. Description of the property is spot on and definitely a great place for a couple with one - two children. Will be booking again in the near future!

Excellent!!

We love this resort and have stayed here many times. The view was beautiful and the condo was amazing. It had everything we needed. Ethann was a wonderful host. We have rented other condos from her and they have all been very nice. She responded promptly to any questions we had. We had no complaints and enjoyed our time here very much. We will definitely rent form Ethann again.

Quick Girls Weekend

Super place to stay! Convenient, the Beach was wonderful and so was the pool! Comfortable beds, clean and comfortable. /These are older buildings, but well maintained. The elevators were being updated, so the wait time was a bit inconvenient, but the upgrades are great!

Winter getaway

Our entire trip and stay was awesome, and the resort is great with excellent staff. We hope to return again. The owner was very personable and immediate responses to anything we needed. Very positive and fun experience.

9 days of heaven

Everything was so clean and nice! The bed was wonderful and the big bathtubs were wonderful! Ethanne was such a a great host. We highly recommend this condo!! We will be back next year!!♥️ condominium condominium

Best experience

Property owner is super friendly and great with communication and quick response. We have visited PCB about 10 times. Check in process was the smoothest it has ever been and the condo had everything we needed for the kitchen and the beach! Also had extra pillows, blankets and towels which was super nice! We would definitely return to the same condo! Great location- easy walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Emerald Beach is our favorite place to stay!

The perfect location!

The property itself is great! You can not beat the location and the views! The host was great and her communication was great. We would stay there again! The only negative I can think of is when you leave in the morning you have to wash and put the bed sheets in the dryer. We wanted to get up right away and hit the road but having to wait on the washer to get done held us up. Again, I would 100% recommend staying here! Great place and great host!

Mother/Daughter weekend getaway

This unit is perfect. I do not have any complaints. The host is easy to reach and responds promptly. Navigating the property can be confusing at first but after a time or two it’s simple. I will definitely rent again.

Great week

Wonderful view of the beach from the 14th floor balcony. Very nice to step out the door and right on to the beach. Also within walking distance to to restaurants and shopping. Great communications with the owner, we had everything we needed to make it a stress free vacation.

PCB GETAWAY

Great location , 1 mile from Pier Park, love staying on upper floors, the view was wonderful, the balcony was spacious and private. The condo is not fancy or decorated beautifully, but has everything you need for a great vacation, condo was clean and the elevators are very fast. Ethann was easy to get ahold of and very helpful. I Would definitely stay at this condo again.

Amazing view and comfortable stay

The condo was perfect for our family of four. It was very nice for the kids to have a bathroom of their own and the bunks were perfect for them, 10 and 12. The elevators get a little busy at checkin but aren’t too bad the rest of the day/trip. The view doesn’t get any better than this and the beach access is very convenient. The owners are helpful, responsive and very friendly!
