The beach view was fabulous, the unit is on the 15th floor and we could see fish swimming in the shallow water. The condo is very nice. The resort has great amenities, the sky bar was our favorite. The parking garage made parking so convenient.

The view was absolutely amazing! The room was spacious and the resort was just flat out fun!!!Restaurants galore all in walking distance, as a matter of fact, a lot is in walking distance.We highly recommend Emerld Island and this particular room. What a great week

This was a perfect vacation spot for the 4 of us. The pictures listed are exactly how the condo looks. Kitchen is stocked with all the basics needed to cook your own meals and the balcony view was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay here

Best place my husband and I have stayed in the past 6 years we’ve been coming to PCB

My husband and I stayed for a week and loved the whole condo and all the extra things around the building (like the sky bar and tiki hut, etc.) we both agreed the building is the perfect distance away from the traffic of the pier and loved the fact that we were so close to run away island and sharky’s we avoided the car a couple of days because of it. It was a little confusing at first to figure out how to get to our condo after we walked over the sky bridge but once we found it, it was a breeze to get to our room with how fast their elevators were, we loved how fast they were not having to waste so much time waiting on an elevator everyday but there was one down fall that 2 of the 4 elevators went down at dinner time our last day on Friday, on Memorial Day weekend and it made it a headache to get to and from our room but when an elevator went down they were fairly quick with getting them back up and running so didn’t ruin our trip with it. One other little concern/problem for me at least would be that the door to the bedroom from the bathroom wouldn’t stay open on it’s own so we just kept it closed and went in through the hallway so it was a little annoying but still not something to ruin our vacation! Overall we agreed it was a good little condo for us or even for a family of 4/5 and we plan to try to come back in the future!

Perfect!

First time staying at Emerald Beach Resort, and it did not disappoint! The condo was beautiful, clean, and breathtaking views of the gulf & sunset! The manager was very accommodating. No waiting on elevators & they were right outside our room! Parking was easy access with plenty of carts for luggage. Couldn’t have asked for a better Girl’s Trip getaway! We will be back!

Gorgeous view from balcony, but inside was worn out. I don’t believe the bathroom was shown in photos and when you arrive you’ll see why. Curved shower curtain rod was broken and hanging down. No strainer basket in kitchen sink so it would not hold water. We were only left one garbage bag for 8 days and 1 1/2 rolls of TP. I understand buying some items, but garbage bags? We did not complain about anything while there as we were trying to relax and didn’t want to go back and forth with emails. This seemed like a condo that was owned by a large company and not an actual homeowner. The decor was hodgepodge and looked like it came from a garage sale. If that kind of stuff doesn’t bother you then go for it. The view was so nice.

Great For College Spring Break

The location was amazing for the price. The room is the bare minimum. Nothing is provided. We had to buy our own hand soap, toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, dish soap etc. There is no front desk available to this unit which makes it difficult if a problem does come up. When we first arrived, the only toilet was not working. It was after hours so we had no bathroom for the night and the owners did not get back to us until 9:30 the next morning (their hours open at 8am) and the toilet was finally fixed mid day. Check out is at 9am which seems very early especially because there is no way to check bags. That being said, the room worked great for five college kids on spring break. The view was beautiful. The condo is an easy walk to cute restaurants. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone who just wants a crash pad in between beach visits.

Lacks Maintenance

Property did not meet the expectations compared to all of the other condos we have stayed in at Emerald Beach Resort. The condo was not well maintained. There were pieces of trim coming off of the wall with exposed nails, peeling cabinet doors, washer was very smelly. The bed was very uncomfortable and the closet mirror cracked. The shower knob needs repair as well well as the light above. Ceiling was bowed. Kitchen was stocked relatively ok. It would be nice to have some more stocked in the kitchen for families that use the condo to cook.

Renters beware

If you care about comfort this is not the rental for you beds and box springs are wore out and noisy I bought foam mattress pad did not help, all furniture is very uncomfortable when you sit on couch you sink and someone has to pull you out no suitable furniture in this condo ,dryer only works on timed setting I reported it we rented for 2 weeks and only stayed nine nights because our bodies could not handle the bed and furniture anymore the backs of my legs are bruised from the couch ,side chairs legs are broken on two and very uncomfortable contacted the number given they sent someone out all he did was look at the stuff and say it would have to get approved by the owner, well evidently it's not getting approved .they did bring us three cheap outdoor chairs because the ones that were there were very badly rested and ripped .outdated appliances mold above shower and around ceiling.it looks like it's got a recent paint job and maybe new floors new washer dryer but that's it. I called to complain and asked to speak with manager and was told the only way was to contact was through email we just came on home I had to wash bed dust ruffle was covered in blood and cloth shower curtain covered in urine I don't like going on vacation and have to spend two days cleaning and washing the apartment for the amount of money we paid I feel like we threw our money away worst vacation ever this could be a very nice place if someone spent some money on new furniture new beds new appliances

Great property!

Great experience with Emerald Coast. Thorough communication throughout booking and pre-arrival. The location was convenient to shopping, food, grocery, and entertainment. Easy and secure parking. The unit had some cosmetic deficiencies that were easily overlooked. The accompanying beach service was definitely a deciding factor in our site selection. We will definitely be return customers.

Location is good with in walking distance of several restaurants and shops. Check in was no hassle but having to take three elevators just to get to your room was a bit of a hassle. Condo had an awesome view of the gulf and beach. Furniture looked old, dirty and just plain tired. Kitchen was pretty well equipped. Bed in the bedroom was very uncomfortable went to Walmart and bought a foam mattress topper to make it tolerable. Doors to the bathroom didn't lock and one would not even close and latch. Patio furniture was OK but patio was dirty and could use a good cleaning. Had to use ice trays to make ice no mention of ice make not working in the room description. TVs were not easy to operate and figure out how to watch live channels. Hearing and air unit kept the unit comfortable. Beach service was a huge plus on this unit. I wouldn't call this a resort but did glhave some nice amenities. All in all we had a good time during our stay.

Great location but some room issues

A/c worked on and off,mold in the bathroom,tvs didnt work for the first 2 days,and doesnt come with a vaccum. All of that was tolerable but the bed was possibly the hardest and most uncomfortable bed ive ever slept on in my 39 years of life.there were days i could barely walk and had to take tylenol around the clock to be able to function. I almost bought a matress topper just for the stay but tried to tough it out which i dont recommend...buy the matress topper and save yourself the pain!
