The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

WONDERFUL!!!

Great unit! Clean, spacious, exactly as listed. Beautiful unit located right beside a spacious pond with turtles & fish! Also, walking distance to a pool. Not far from the bridge that takes you to the Edgewater action & beach. The owners were quick to get back to us abt any questions. We will be back asap!

Great location beautiful condo

We have been to PCB many times. The condo is in great condition and upgraded. We loved watching the turtles in the pond from the comfort of the patio. The complex has many pools but the main beach pool was our favorite. This condo and complex fit all of our needs.

Best Condo in 7 years!

This condo was PERFECT! I highly recommend you check this place out. Owners were so polite and there when we needed them. I fell and broke something and was hysterical. I called Monty and he was so polite and even calmed me down. I felt so distraught and embarrassed, but I was not in ANY way made to feel bad. I would love to stay here again. Spectacular location!!! Condo is very beautiful, and the master bathtub was AMAZING.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this condo at Edgewater. The owner is very friendly. The condo was very nice and we had everything we needed. The beach was just across the street. The big pool was awesome, my kids really enjoyed it. Lots of food and drinks available on site over by the beach. I gave cleanliness 3 stars because I feel the cleaners could have done a better job. This is not the owners fault. We would definitely stay at this property again. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay!

This rental is perfect! When we arrived the place was spotless (not even any sand in the floor). The back door goes straight out to a beautiful pond that is full of turtles and some roaming ducks. Our littles loved getting to feed them and go out and see them. The trolley (golf cart) stop is right outside the door and they would drop you off right at the door after returning from the beach. The room is also in a good location to walk across the bridge. There are several pool locations. They are all very clean and the property is also very clean. It is a very family friendly property. The restaurant is good right on the beach as well. Overall it was perfect for our family and we would stay here again!!

Excellent place to stay

This condo is an excellent option for staying near the beach. It’s been renovated beautifully and had every amenity we needed. It can be noisy at night when someone is staying in the condo upstairs as the floors creak. The surrounding grounds and beach area have been managed well. We would choose to stay here again!

I would like to start by saying that Monty and Star were great communicators and most issues we had with the condo were of no fault of them. We arrived at 3:30 hoping to check in a little early after a long drive and the condo was not ready. The door was cracked, cleaning supplies in the hallway and no one around. We waited until 4:00 and still no one was there. I called Star and while we were on the phone the cleaning guy showed up. He took about another 20 minutes to finish. We discovered that the floors had not been mopped, or at least a terrible job was done. Our feet were black within 30 minutes and there was still sand in some places. My husband had to mop the floors twice. I feel like we should have gotten a small return fee on the cleaning charge. Other property issues that we didn't care for were, there is no nightstand on the right side bed in the master bedroom. The extra queen bed was very nice but it couldn't fit in the guest room, which is where we wanted it. I tried to move the guest bed to no avail. There is no television in the guest room, which made it inconvenient for us when the kids wanted to watch tv in the evening. There was a cheerleading camp happening at the resort that week and the girls staying above us were so loud moving furniture and stomping around late at night and early in the morning. You can hear the bed above the master bedroom squeak and I could not sleep in any morning while we were there. 6:30 am came early everyday. Now for the positive aspects. The resort is very nice! the community pool was very close and we felt like it was a private pool many days. We loved the tram that takes you over to the beach and the drivers! The large pool and splash pad by the beach were a big hit with our children. The condo we stayed in was well decorated and updated. The little toiletries were a nice touch and the turtle pond right outside was really fun! Over all, we enjoyed our stay. No vacation goes perfectly smooth, so we expected some hiccups. We would stay at the resort again, but probably opt for a top level condo with less noise. Over all, we would stay

Great property

I was so pleased with the property. Only thing that was not so pleasing is that we were on the bottom and we could here the people above us. Monty and Star were great people to rent from and I would rent from them again.

Beautiful villa with a view of the Pond

Owners were very nice and easy to work with. Villa was very tastefully decorated and clean. We had everything we needed. The beach and the lagoon pool were spectacular. We had a great vacation and plan to come back and stay here again!!

Amazing Stay
