Place was neat and tidy. No paper towels. A deep clean is in order. Dust on giant floral arrangement in master bath and on ceiling in dining area in front of air vent. Door doesn’t close tightly unless you push on it.

Great vacation but needs some addressing

Great layout and size condo. However, a few things need to be addressed in this condo. The guest bedroom does not have a lock on the balcony door and the ceiling fan will not work. The bunk bed room does not have a door and the closet lacks shelves/hanging pole for clothes. The kitchen is not stocked well. For a condo that sleeps 10+, we only had enough silverware for 4. Getting stuff out of the oven was pretty tricky considering it lacked pot holders as well. A good cleaning, maybe some paint and to replenish what’s missing and to fix what’s broken…it would be perfect!

Views were breathtaking

The views with all the windows was breathtaking! We loved the wrap around balcony and roominess of this unit. It was great having two couches in the livingroom area. I’m already looking at dates to come back to this unit next year. Perfect unit for group of 8 people.

Enjoyed our stay very much

We enjoyed our stay . It would have been nice if a couple more chairs were on the balcony with the 2 that were already there. We’re have rented this unit in Jan 23 and hope you add a couple more chairs to the balcony.

Perfect family vacay!

Wonderful location with lots of things to do very close. Parking was simple. Elevators were fast and we rarely waited for one. Unit 2001 was very clean and perfect for a large family. Can not beat the view!!!

Awesome View from 20th floor

Easy check-in and check-out. Nice and comfortable furnishings without all the fluff. Could use a little maintenance on fan lights and more lighting in eating area. Refrigerator is loud when compressor comes on. Affordable for this time of year. Enjoyed it very much!

Excellent view from the deck

View was the best this Fl Native has ever seen. But, two low sad chairs and a worn out folding table was the only furniture on the huge deck. Been renting beach condos all my life and never seen such bad outdoor furniture. Especially considering the view! Bedroom and living room TVs need to be hung on the wall. The tv cabinets were huge. Took up most of the space in the master bedroom. Needed a cookie sheet in the kitchen. Toaster, had to hold the handle down for it to work. Ceiling fans, some worked, some didn’t, but they all looked new. Unable to change the speed on any of them. Overall though, nice unit. Colors a little dark for a beach condo. All minor things (other than outdoor furniture) and the view is amazing. Spacious and plenty of room. Would recommend if looking for a 3 bedroom with an amazing view!

Beautiful views

We had a great trip! We stay at the Seychelles almost every time we go to PCB and have enjoyed it each time. We like this end of the beach as it’s quieter for our family. The wrap around porch of this condo was my favorite part! Even though we spent most of our time outside at the beautiful beach, we enjoyed some time indoors too. This condo was nice. It was clean and we found the master bedroom bed to be comfortable. It was a little tight with all the furniture in that room but still really nice. Our girls enjoyed the other rooms too. There were small repairs and updates that need to be made in this unit. The couch was very uncomfortable and there were small things like the dining room light flickered dimly and made a noise when we turned it on. The master bedroom fan didn’t work. We had trouble getting the tv to work(even with the great directions) until we finally realized a second remote in the bedroom was needed for the living room tv too. Lol! Overall it was a great stay. We would definitely stay here again. We love staying at Seychelles and have never had a stay there that we regretted. Be sure to check out the Schooners bar &grill next door! Good food and just a walk around the corner!

We loved this place

Everything about our stay was awesome. Only complaints were the fans not working and no one came to fix them or the running toilet. Easily looked over compared to the views and the space we had.

Don’t waste your money!

Anything you sat on or laid in was in such poor shape! The sofa looked like it came from good will. The bed made the whole week awful bc it was so uncomfortable. You would sink in the middle. There were two little chairs for a big beautiful balcony. Any comforts you would look for while on vacation we’re not at this place!! The people who own this need to stay there for a week! Maybe they might invest a few hundred dollars into the place!

Beautiful view! Comfortable and spacious condo! Elevators are fast! Overall an excellent choice! Minor issue with interrupted cable TV service every day. Also felt "rushed" to check out on our last day - received multiple texts and emails regarding check out beginning the last night of our stay. One is more than sufficient.
