Overall really nice place. Would stay there again. Amazing view of the Gulf. Close to everything. Clean and comfortable. Host was easy to work with.

Great and we loved it!

We absolutely loved this place! It was very very spacious and the beds were super super comfortable! We had ages from 4 year old- 90 years old and it was a perfect condo for any age! We love the windows looking out to the pool & the roof top was amazing !! We can’t wait to book again and we will be back!

This was a much needed beach trip. I would definitely recommend this condo. The owners were so easy to communicate with. The place was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Property at a Great Location!

The condo was huge, with more than enough room for a decent size family or group. The view is spectacular and the rooftop terrace is super cool and unique. The property owner was seamless in advance and there was no need to contact him before or during the stay. There’s plenty of parking and security access was easy.

Perfect beach condo

Our family had a great weekend in PCB. The condo was spacious a bonus loft with a roof top deck. The condo had amazing views and you can see all of the resort from the roof top. Clean, easy access, and great location. We would book this condo again!!

Great Property Manager Communications.

The property manager was very responsive to all of our requests, and he maintained ongoing communications throughout our visit. The property and the view (of the Gulf of Mexico) are amazing!

This is a great condo! Plenty of room, great view and the owner is fabulous to work with. Highly recommend. If you have teenagers.. it’s great to keep them upstairs in the loft area. Thanks for a great spring break!

Good Stay - Fun for kids

The property was nice and clean, and the kids had a ton of fun. James was an excellent property manager, and was in constant communication, and willing to help if needed. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Great Vacation Spot!!!!

Me and my family enjoyed this condo soo soo much. It was super spacious and has great views! We all had our morning coffee and ate dinner everyday on the rooftop! It was such a nice space and was in a great location for anything you need. My kids loved the loft area which was great to have them on a different floor than the adults! We made awesome memories! The owner also responded super quick anytime I had a question. We hope to return and stay here for our future beach vacations!

Beautiful View's

Nice condo , minor flaws, such as broken tile by couch, paint bubbling in master bathroom wall and not able to get internet up in loft area. We did contact management who was right on it . The provider was caĺled and troubleshooting was done with no change in service. The condo had everything needed, views were amazing. We had a great family vacation!!

What a view!

We enjoyed our stay. Love this location. The condo was clean and lovely. Wonderful view of the Gulf. James is great to work with. Very responsive to questions we may have had. Had everything we needed. Being on the 12th floor I was a little concerned about the speed of the elevators. There are two and there were several days that one or the other was being worked on. But overall it wasn’t much of an issue. We had breakfast a couple of times at Oceans on the property. They were both very good. Bloody Mary’s too! Would recommend.

Top Floor - Top Notch

Beautiful view and a beautiful location! We stayed here for 6 days with myself, my husband, and our twin 13 yo sons. However, we could have brought our 3 adult kids, also, without feeling cramped. So, we decided we will do just that! We are already talking about coming back next year with all 5 of our kids. It’s a great condo! The owner is communicative and helpful. We had no problems getting in, the kitchen was well appointed, and the bedding was comfy/cozy! The resort itself was nice, also. The bar and grill had good food and great drinks. However, they do not offer pool towels to rent or borrow, so be sure to bring your own beach towels for the pool and beach. I encourage you to make your trip memorable with this unit. It’s well worth every penny!
