View is beautiful. Balcony is large, and has lots of seating.Condo is spacious. Having 3 bathrooms and washer and dryer was definitely a plus. We appreciated the 2 free beach chair rentals for our stay. However, some of the furniture could use upgrading. Bottom bunk bed slat cracked, master tub faucet broken, and lock to glass sliding door broken. Management team responsive to calls.Overall we had a great stay.

Great location for quick family trip

Went with two families, nice room, kitchen was good enough for us. Pool was pretty crowded on the days that the beach was double red flagged but to be expected I suppose for such a large condo. All in all, was a really nice place.

Great Condo in Panama City

We enjoyed our stay at Aqua 703. Overall everything was great. The pools were awesome, the condo was nicely appointed, and the location and parking were super convenient. The only areas for improvement would be the vehicle registration process and making sure all of the elevators are working. We flew in and had to register our rental car on-site for parking (you need the license plate number), and the machine to register and get the pass was cumbersome. Fortunately one of the building staff happened to be close by to assist. If you are driving and can register and print your pass at home, do it! One of the elevators was offline all week, so there were some occasional waits (not horrible, just a little inconvenient). But we visited friends at another condo in PCB and their elevator situation was WAY worse than ours, so we were thankful we selected Aqua! If we come to PCB again, we’ll definitely stay at Aqua.

Great place!

Absolutely stunning views from the 7th floor, no elevator issues as reported before. Easy to park( and we took a huge work van) everything was clean even more so than the pictures the towels were folded like swans we loved it. Th updated couch is a bed and the loveseat is nice. Very comfortable and cute. The art is adorable and we felt right at home. Everyone staying there was kind the security guard was awesome. All around wonderful trip and beautiful condo to stay in. Would stay here every time. The only issue is the bottom bunk bed. The staples were loose looking up from the bottom bunk. But the bed was comfortable and my son slept on the top bunk anyway. Very beautiful property! Easy to get the free chairs. We walked to pier Park easily.

Few things need updated

Overall our stay was good. There are a few things I feel need updated. The couch is beyond worn out. Needs a new one. Bathrooms are outdated. Balcony doors will not lock. There are no blackout curtains in the master. In fact, the curtains don’t even fit the window. The blind on the door in the master doesn’t go down all the way. We took pillows and tried to hide the light coming in. The ac unit was programmed to go to 76 degrees during the day and even morning. Was super hot when we came in the first day until we figured out how to override the program. Other than these things, our stay was good.

Needs some updates

The overall location was nice to be within walking distance of several restaurants and activities, however the unit itself could use some updates. K room with bath attached stayed much warmer than any other room. TV remotes are all so used, you have no idea what button does what. Asa mater of fact, the TV in the LR was the smallest and worst of them all. All bathrooms could all use some updates as could the LR furniture. The sleeper sofa is so broken down, there is no support. Additionally, since this unit caters to kids (bunk bed room) you might consider getting some furniture that doesn’t have sharp metal edges - ie, coffee and end tables. Babies tend to wobble a lot when they walk. Pools were freezing and the heaters should have been turned on weeks ago. We were here in “off” season and there were barely any chairs available for the pool, I can only imagine how congested it would be in “high” season. Additionally, motorcycles were everywhere reving their engines at all hours of the night - not ideal sleeping conditions for little ones whose bedroom is on the street side of the unit.

Lovely condo; great views and ammenities

Really nice and lovely stay. Watched dolphins from the deck. Only "gentle" suggestions would be more kitchen utensils (a little lacking) and the couch need to be replaced. We had VERY old sheets in the master and the elastic was worn on the bottom sheet and during the night, while sleeping, it would move so that we were sleeping on the yucky mattress pad,

Great property and location

Two of my good friends and I stayed at this condo for the week. The condo is in a great location. Walking distance to Pier Park as well as other shops and restaurants. The beach is large and beautiful. We loved that the condo came with 2 loungers and umbrella for the week. That’s a nice touch! We didn’t spend much time in the condo because we were enjoying the beach but when we were inside it was nice. It has everything you need. The balcony is fantastic. It’s really large with a table and 4 chairs that are comfortable plus 2 lounger chairs. It was the perfect place for morning coffee and evening wine after a day on the beach. We had some issues with the air conditioning and we called and they immediately took care of us. If I had anything to complain about it would just be that the mattress in the 3rd bedroom where the bunk bed is, is not comfortable. But the other 2 king beds both had comfortable mattresses. So 2 of my friends shared the king bed in one of the rooms and we just used the 3rd bedroom as a dressing area. I would 100% stay here again and would recommend it to my friends.

Great Location!

This property is exactly as advertised. Our family of 5 adults and 2 children had plenty of space. 2 bedrooms with a view! That’s fabulous. We had a little issue with the air conditioning but the property manager came right up and fixed it. The beds were very comfortable and the views are spectacular. You can see the pools from this room and gulf front! The only issue in the whole place was the shower head in the en-suite bathroom. It is brutal! But that’s minor and there are 2 other showers in the condo. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay in Aqua 703!

We love Aqua and have rented other condos in this building before. It is a great place for families - the views are unbeatable, and there are outdoor pools as well as heated indoor pools and hot tub. Pier Park is a short walk or car ride away if you get tired of relaxing by the beach, pool, or on the balcony. We had one small maintenance issue; when I called the office I got an immediate call back and the issue was resolved (as others have mentioned, the ice maker in the refrigerator doesn't work quite right, so it had leaked water all over the floor.) Didn't hamper our trip at all. This condo is spacious and has everything you need. Because of COVID and wanting to save money, we always try to cook our meals in the condo and we had everything we needed to do so; my pro tip is to arrange your grocery delivery from the local Walmart to arrive about the same time you do. We had placed our order on our way and we were all set for our stay. This is a really nice condo; the bunk beds were great for our kids and they set up their gaming system for the evenings when we were done playing outdoors. The master bedroom is spacious, the beds are comfortable, there are extra blankets and pillows, and the views are magnificent. Sitting on the balcony reading or watching the sunsets, smelling the sea air, I never ever wanted to leave. It was unseasonably warm this year, so we enjoyed highs of 75-78 during the last week of December, which made for an awesome trip. However, there were a few rain storms and some very high winds - be forewarned that when you open the front door, if you have the sliding doors to the balcony open, it will create a wind tunnel effect; this was really the only annoying part of the stay and this is obviously something that is out of the control of the owners of this condo. We tried to have a system where we would close the sliders when someone came in our out of the condo. I have stayed in other condos at Aqua who provided beach chairs, boogie boards, and other beach accessories in one of the closets - it's my only suggestion for improvement that would take this place from great to AMAZING. We had everything we needed for our stay, but those little touches make a world of difference - we ended up buying a couple of chairs and some sand toys but as we don't live near a beach, we have no use for them (so we left them behind and hopefully they were kept there for others to enjoy.) Great place - would stay again. Thanks!

Disappointed in Condo's Cleanliness and Representation of how we thought it was going to look

The condo had a very beautiful view of the ocean and it was very relaxing and peaceful in the area. However, there were several issues with the condo and it did not look as clean as it did in the pictures. 1) There was no lock on the balcony door in the living room. 2) The Master bedroom door leading to the balcony could not be unlocked. 3) None of the televisions worked in the condo. 4) The walls and carpet were dirty. 5) There was sand in the bunk room lower bed. 6) The faucet in the bunk room bathroom would not drain. 7) The ice maker would not work. 8) There were several lights that would not turn on. 9) There were no toiletries provided except small soaps. 10) The biggest issue we had with this condo was the black mesh covering on the balcony rails which made it impossible to look at the view while sitting and relaxing on the balcony – the only way to enjoy the full view was by standing. We think that we deserve monetary compensation for the inconveniences while staying here.

Lovely property and perfect location right on the beach!

No problems other than ice maker did not work. Weather was perfect and our kids and grandkids had a blast at Pier Park--- not to mention the beach, hot tub and pools! We will be back for sure.

Retreat to advance…a true home away from home!

Renting was easy, appreciated the contactless check in. Keyless entry was nice, no keeping up with a keycard. The location was great. Shuckums Restaurant is across the street with nightly live entertainment, we could hear, but not intrusive. We had dinner there, it was a nice break from indoor cooking. The view is amazing! Nice to prepare meals and see the Gulf from the kitchen. The unit is huge with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Enough space for a family to spread out or girls/boys trip with comfort. Having 2 bedrooms with comfortable king beds off the terrace overlooking the Gulf was great! Slept with the doors opened, listening to the waves was so therapeutic. The unit felt and looked very clean. The only thing I would change is, the unit needs a new sofa. The current sofa has a lot of wear, not very comfortable to lounge on after a day at the beach. Had to retreat to the bed for comfort while winding down and watching television. I especially enjoyed having a comfortable chair in the bedroom to sit on in the morning while I meditated and looked out onto the Gulf. So refreshing! Well appointed unit with EVERYTHING you’d need. I’m sure much of the items were left from previous renters, which was a sort of pay it forward, such as dish detergent, sanitizer, paper ware, trash bags, storage bags, Clorox wipes everything available. This 7th floor unit is just as pictured, but even better! It was truly a home away from home. Very clean and easily accessible, directly off the elevator. Note worthy, I had no issues with the elevator, it was timely, never more than a 1-2 minute wait. The Aqua Resort didn’t feel crowded, space for social distancing. There are 2 nice pool areas, I did enjoy a good swim. I spent most of my time at the beach, 2 free beach chairs included was a welcoming addition. I was able to rest, relax, and reset during my 6 day stay. It was a retreat to advance! Definitely will rent 703 AGAIN!
