I really enjoyed my stay at this studio. I booked less than 24 hours from my arrival, so unfortunately, I didn't get the email with the checking information. I arrived to the wrong place. I called customer service and the staff helped to arrive to the right place and made sure I was installed in the studio. Great service! The studio was sparkling clean, the pictures on the website are exactly as the studio is. The place is well equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and pleasant stay. The location is super and the amenities great, having access to heated pools, hot tub and the beautiful beach. I would definitely would love to stay at this place again!!!

Everything was great except the WiFi didn’t work. Reset it multiple times and it never would work. Easy access to everything and great for a weekend stay.

Disappointing Experience with Broken Window and AC Issues

We booked a room for spring break and traveled from Texas to Florida, eager for our stay. Upon arrival, we discovered a broken window and a non-functioning AC. This forced us to relocate from Rosemary Beach to another home in Santa Rosa Beach. Although our check-in was scheduled for 4 PM, the issue wasn't resolved until 9 PM. Communication was poor, and despite their efforts to fix the problem, they ultimately had to move us to a different home in a different area.

Great Location

This condo is in the Villages of South Walton. I've stayed in this area many times before and keep coming back year after year because the location is so convenient! A couple of specifics about this particular condo: - The A/C points DIRECTLY at the bed, so be prepared it may leave you waking up with your sinuses feeling a bit dry. - The bedding is really just three sheets, would recommend them adding an optional duvet because we were freezing in the night with the A/C - A bit tricky to find this unit as the front door is in an interior hallway, they really should provide better details about how to find it - Locking the door is extremely impractical as you have to fuss and fight with the deadbolt before closing the door. They should probably provide instructions on this as well. All in all, it's a good little condo. Could have used a bit more of a deep clean as the couch was pretty stained. However, for a quick weekend trip, it was really affordable and a great location!

Great get away!

Overall, this was a nice little quaint place to stay. If you are not going to spend a lot of time in the unit, and as much time on the beach as possible, then this is the place. It is within walking distance of everything! The only thing I would suggest is having extra blankets available as the room did get cold. Other than that the stay went well!

Good vacation but too many problems

Our trip was nice but the place had a decent amount of problems. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work and our cell service of Verizon has no connection in the area. I brought this to the attention of the property manager and it was never fixed. The air conditioning also barely works so the room gets really muggy. I brought this to the attention of management and it was never addressed. The walls of the apartment are paper thin so every day we were kept up by a baby crying in another apartment. The location was great and there’s live music there every night which is nice.

Great location, not 100% impressed

This condo is in the perfect location in 30A. We loved how easy it was to get to the beach and the pool was very nice as well. The check in & out process was easy. With that being said, this room was not the best we’ve stayed in. When we arrived the hallway & our room was stagnant and soooo hot. We attempted to turn down the A/C in our room (which is just tiny unit on the wall) and it gave us zero relief. We had to call the property managers multiple times until we finally got it just bearable enough to sleep. The lady I spoke with was very nice but seemed as though she wasn’t too concerned about the inconvenience. She said the A/C is likely to freeze up if it’s set even in the low 70s. Do they not realize it’s the middle of the summer in Florida? That’s unacceptable. The shower looked like it needed some work/extra cleaning. I don’t know that the shower was cleaned thoroughly since there was hair left from the previous guest. Also the door to the place was very difficult to open and close. It would easily get left open by accident because you had to force it closed. Overall, I felt the place was mediocre for the price. We were only in the room the get dressed and sleep so it didn’t ruin our trip by any means but it just wasn’t a great stay.

In the middle of the action

Overall the property fit the bill. The location was loud due to being over shops and the square where people mingled and music played until 11 PM. Getting to the beach you either had to hike a ways or take the tram. Jumping in the car and driving to a public beach 10 minutes away was much easier. You can walk to Rosemary Beach and having restaurants, shops and activity can be nice if that's your thing. Parking was a challenge.

Great location and that’s about it

So the pros: good location, plenty of space for a couple, corner unit so lots of windows, and good ac. Cons: first off finding the unit took 20 minutes, it was so confusing and just wander around looking for it. The door is almost impossible to open or closed and my husband always had to force it open or closed. The bed is like a rock and both of us are going to need a visit to a chiropractor. Once you look a little closer everything was dingy and cheaply done. Do yourself a favor and spend more for a nicer place, price isn’t worth the quality. We would have left if could have gotten a refund.

Pros: Great location and nice corner unit. Cons: The wi-fi was weak and kept going out. When I called Vacasa, they told me to unplug the router, wait a minute, and then plug it back in. That worked...but only for a few minutes. I was having to constantly unplug the router. So I called back and they said they wouldn’t be able to get a technician there for a couple of days. They told me to piggyback on one of the neighbor’s wi-fi and gave me the password. It was definitely better. The front door is very difficult to open and close. Almost all of the blinds are missing the part that allows the blinds to be opened and shut.

TERRIBLE

I will NOT be going back nor do I recommend. I read so many reviews on this place and others and this one had great ones....well not the case. - A lot of black mold in bathroom & smelt like it too! CONCERNING! - HARD to find literally like a jigsaw puzzle - Couch had nasty stains on it - Room looked and smelled like it was not cleaned - Rugs were so bad I didn’t want to walk on them barefoot - Fridge barely worked, was basically lukewarm the whole time - No blankets like they said but you don’t need them because the room is so hot - Remote didn’t have batteries - None of the doors shut & the main door was hard to open...like very hard The ONLY good thing was the location....choose a different room in this condo! Our friends that stayed in a different one was like complete opposite to ours!

Terrible experience

We decided to book this property based on the location and good reviews. However, our experience has been nothing like most of the other “great” reviews. When we arrived for check in, we received NO information about the process and spent 2.5 hours just trying to get someone on the phone to give us more information. After we FINALLY communicated with someone over the phone, they explained that we had to drive across the road to a lock box (this was not mentioned previously). After we arrived at the location to get our key, the code they were giving us did not work. The lady we were speaking to had to give us a special code to FINALLY get in our unit (3 hours later). We booked our stay for one night, so we spent half of our time just trying to get into the place. Not to mention, 7 out of 1 Vecasa agents we spoke to were very RUDE! After all of this chaos was solved, we were told that they manager would be in contact with us immediately. 24 hours later, and we have heard nothing from the manager. Needless to say, we do not plan on booking our vacation here again. Side note : the location is wonderful and the unit is nice, but the bad definitely outweighed the good for us.
