Gorgeous condo! We loved our stay at this condo. The view was great, condo was well stocked with what we needed. Location was very convenient to both Seaside and Rosemary Beach. There are many stairs, so be mindful if there are any mobility issues.

Perfect beachfront property with extra-special views being the corner unit. Fabulous! The 30Avacay team is very helpful. Beach chairs included; bring your own beach towels… and round (basket) coffee filters. Great eats at Florida Fishhouse and Canopy Grille.

Rental was just as described and perfect for our family of 6. Just steps to the beach and a beautiful view. We decided to stay one extra day and they were quick to reply and accommodate that. Unfortunately, when we stayed the ocean did have terrible seagrass/seaweed (making it hard to even get in the water some days)...it was all up the coast that week we stayed.

Beautiful family christmas vacation in paradise!

Pros: location,cleanliness,amenities, view and easy walk to beach. Dolphins were in front of the condo daily. Cons: small issues like washing machine front falling off and code to door didnt work.

Great vacation.

Unit is well laid out, bright and welcoming. A few minor things would have helped but didn’t damper our stay. Could use a large pot for cooking pasta etc, dishwasher bottom rack kept falling off the track. Floors can be slippery, especially stairs (maybe carpet treads). Units that can sleep 6 should get two parking spaces, it was hectic union arrival. Location is great, beach is fantastic and Frankie was super helpful in setting up chair service for us. This is our second year at Blue Tides and overall would come again!

Beautiful condo! Great location, main floor layout is great for bigger parties. Could use a little upgrading with bedroom furniture, carpet etc. but would definitely recommend!

So beautiful

Breathtaking views of the gulf from most windows. Fully stocked, actually they had everything you could possibly need! Great Beds, very comfortable! Chair set up was so nice! I really liked the steps to the beach from the back of the house. Most places you have to go out front to get to the back. It made perfect sense! Would definitely return!

Incredible location

We loved our stay. We booked last minute and had a great time. The unit is beautiful, nicely furnished, well stocked and being able to walk from the deck to the beach was incredible. We usually rent houses along 30A and have to walk a while to the beach. This was a game-changer. There are some things that need to be addressed, which we shared with the management company. Nothing worth mentioning here.

We absolutely loved this rental and will definitely be back. Super clean and easy to communicate with the owners. Great beach access and we loved the balconies in the mornings and evenings! The beds were also very comfortable!

Perfect location

Plenty of space for family, lots of room for having friends over for dinner. Nothing beats the beachfront view, from two stories. Best of all is the "mudroom" when you enter the front door, where you can park beach chairs without hauling them into the living area. We had friends staying in the same building, which made gathering on the beach each day easy and convenient. I would definitely return.
