Everything was good, except at booking time we were not told the deeded beach access was closed because of maintenance?? At check in we were told to use a beach access 1.5 miles away from the property. They need to be honest and transparent on this issue.

Great Condo & Great Location

This condo was very clean and was a fantastic location. It’s close to all the shops and restaurants plus you walk right out to the beautiful pool. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. It’s one of the best rentals I have stayed at in the complex.

Absolutely thrilled

I rarely post reviews and I am very hard to please. This place exceeded my expectations for everything but particularly cleanliness. I love visiting somewhere where I don’t have to worry about anything and this was the place for sure. Would definitely stay at this property again.

The villa

We had a fantastic stay at the Villas of Seacrest! The condo was on first floor, steps away from the lagoon pool. There were beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys there in unit for our use. The kitchen had all the supplies needed. The condo, pool and grounds were exceptionally clean and well maintained. We love the Seacrest/ Rosemary areas. Very relaxing vacation!!

Great location for families with kids

Pool proximity along with the beach tram make it an easy pool/beach vacation for families with young kids. Condo was clean and exactly as described. Felt a little bigger than the pictures let on, look forward to staying again!

Much needed vacation

Lovely property, close to pool and beach. A perfect vacation spot for our family of 4. Only suggestion that we would have is different mattresses in the bedrooms. The beds were uncomfortable.

Perfect location

The condo was very spacious, super clean, and all communication with property mgmt was quick and friendly! You open the back door and are right at the pool, open the front door and are a two minute walk to the beach! Highly recommend staying here! We hope to be back soon!

Amazing week!

The property was perfect for our family. We have a 2 year old and 4 year old and the proximity to the pool was unmatched. We had plenty of space and it was a great location to everything (quick walk down to Starbs). This was the week of the hurricane and the communication leading up to our stay was phenomenal. Really appreciate the responsiveness and communication! Totally recommend this spot!! We’ll be back!

Perfect fall break!

We have stayed in the Seacrest area for 11 years and this condo was by far the best place we have ever stayed. Big, spacious, clean and walking right out to the resort pool was the best!

Back Again!

This was are 4th year in a row staying here at Seacrest Beach! Second time in this unit! We love everything about the pool, the beach, the condo, the tram, and the overall experience for our family. We have 5 young kids (9,7,5,4,1) and they always seem to enjoy it here. We will be back next year!

Just what we were looking for!

We had a wonderful week at this first-time property. It was exactly what we were looking for! Our young kids loved the pool and our patio was literally steps away from it. We also enjoyed the short walk to the Pavilion and the close proximity to the beach. The beach is a bit crowded (the umbrella rental company puts up way too may umbrella's and chairs than they have a need for so it takes up a ton of real estate). My advice, get to the beach early and claim your spot! But, we enjoyed our time on the beach too. We will definitely return!
