Initially, I thought the property management's text system would be helpful. Within the first few hours of my arrival, however, I realized how many times my attention and been moved from vacation to their Q&A.
After providing honest feedback about what would make our stay better, the communication became more frequent yet our concerns were never resolved.
The first morning after our arrival, the owner walked into the unit without notice or a knock. Thankfully, I was right by the door on my way into the bathroom and was able to stop her from intruding any further.
I asked Vacasa to stop all communication so I could enjoy the rest of my vacation without interruption but to follow up with me the day after check-out. They did not. I followed up two additional times, only missing one of their calls and they have yet to resolve the issues with my stay.
Outside of property management, the unit is nice enough. You get what you pay for. It's a short walk to Inlet Beach which we loved and the pool was quiet. This unit would definitely only fit 4 people, and I recommend taking your own queen size sheets because the fitted sheet came off each night.
