Excellent condo!

Garrett was awesome to deal with. He went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay. The condo was super nice and had everything we needed for our family. Short walk to the beach and the pool. Will definitely be back soon! Highly recommend!

All we needed plus some

We had an amazing stay at Garrett's Latitude Adjustment. The condo is clean and gorgeous. Everything we needed was available for our stay. Garrett has towels, beach chairs, a cooler, etc... for a short walk to the beach. He even had bottles of water, snacks, coffee, creamer and sugar as extras. There is so much within walking distance and a short ride for more. If we ever go back to PCB, we'll definitely stay at Latitude Adjustment.

Property was perfectly described and the owner made the start to finish a dream ! He goes out of his way to answer questions and even had treats waiting for us when we arrived. Great location !

Perfect Getaway

We were more than pleased with this property. The owner has taken great pride in making this a wonderful place to stay. We did most of our own cooking and everything I needed was right there, even a grater. The unit was clean and fresh, beach chairs were provided and even beach towels and an umbrella. Parking was right at our door, no elevators to contend with. It was great, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

Latitude Adjustment was wonderful!

We were able to check in early which gave us more time on the beach our first day. Very well decorated and so many extra bonuses not normally given such as beach chairs & towels, keurig coffee pods & all the fixings. Also snacks & drinks. Owner was extremely easy to communicate with and always available if we had any questions. Wonderful and relaxing stay!

First Family Beach Trip

First impression walking in the door was everything we expected, the place was very clean, updated and felt like home. Our family of three took our first beach trip and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience staying here. Peaceful nights on the patio and fun mornings with our 2 year old feeding the fish in the pond. Garret made our trip great quickly responding and resolving the small issue we had, 10/10 recommend!

Wonderful unit, awesome owner

The unit was perfect for my husband and I. The owner (Garrett) was awesome. He went above and beyond, even including beach chairs! He checked in with us to make sure everything was good. Unit is exactly as pictured. Very nice and recently renovated.

Amazing condo and host!

This condo is exactly what the pictures look like! Very, very clean and Garrett the host is amazing! Within minutes of booking he was checking in with me. He also checked in after we arrived to make sure the place was perfect! We will definitely stay here again!!!

Walking in I knew I was going to enjoy our stay! The condo was recently renovated and it was amazing! Everything you would need was so graciously provided for! The communication with Garret (owner) was more than you could ask for! He is a saint!! We will definitely be back!!

Amazing place to stay to relax and enjoy the beach

Latitude Adjustment is fabulous! Felt very much at home! The owner provided snacks and water to greet us as we walked in! The cushions for the chairs outside on patio were so comfy! Overall it is a lovely place to stay and chill at the pool or at the beach!! We will be back!

Piece of Heaven on the beach.

I gave this review 5 Stars across the board. Booked this condo last minute on our way down to PCB on Memorial Day Weekend. We could'nt believe it when we opened the door. Absolutely "PLUSH" from the floors to the walls, countertops ,appliances,dinning area, bathroom,bedroom everything was perfect. I totally recommend this property. Not only the property is 5 star The owner is 5 star. Consider yourself lucky if you book this condo. Garrett your a Gentlemen amongst Scholars. Hope to stay again soon.

Amazing Stay !!!

My two daughters and I had a fabulous time staying in Latitude Adjustment ! The owner Garrett is great to work with and takes great pride in making your stay as comfortable as possible . He has thought of everything from luxurious towels and linens to the thoughtful treats waiting for us upon our arrival! It is a very short walk to the beach and the location is great . We parked and walked almost everywhere we went . Easy walk to great restaurants and bars! We will book with Garrett again for certain .

Super Clean! Super Nice! Newly remodeled, beach a few steps away, laundry at facility is cheaper than laundromat. Garrett, the host, has thought of everything...coffee pods, snacks, towels, beach towels, paper towel, toilet paper. This place is stocked. Beach chairs so you don't have to bring your own. We were there during spring break and we could not hear any noise in this unit. Description of unit is exactly what you get!

Trip with amazing service, communication, amenities, view and much more

The owner goes out of their way to provide the amenities that are just wonderful. We had a great experience and it was a short walk from the condo to the beach. So many restaurants and nearby things for the family to do. The towels, beach chairs and white furnishings were outstanding. I would highly recommend for anyone to rent this property. The owner is quick to respond and handle all questions immediately. Great service, good times and a beautiful higher end experience in Panama City Beach.
