  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Wonderful condo

We loved the condo. Gerry was very helpful and made us feel like we were at home! The location is great. It’s close to great restaurants, grocery store and anything else you may need for your stay. We will be booking again soon!!!

This was our first time staying at Edgewater, and we truly enjoyed every minute! The condo was exactly as described, and had everything needed for a perfect stay. Gorgeous decor with fabulous views of the ocean. We loved all the amenities that Edgewater had available, such as, the many pools, the Oceans restaurant, and the Starbucks. Gerry was very communicative and available for any questions. We can't wait to return!!

Perect Place

Our condo was perfect!! My daughter and I came for a quick visit to the ocean, and we could not have been more pleased. The place was beautiful, clean, well stocked, and the location and view were ourstanding! Even treated to a fun firework show the first night we were there. This will definately be our go to place on PC Beach!

Nice Condo

The condo was as described. The location was great and the only issue was we unfortunately were in town for a funeral and it happened to be during bike week. The motorcycles made sleeping difficult but that certainly wasn’t the fault of the individuals who manage this condo. I would recommend this condo but try to avoid vacationing during bike week if you can.

The family had a blast...now the chairs on the beach for rental was redickalist......It has never cost me that much money. 5 days rental 420 dollars.....I have never paid that and never will. They need to come way down on the price....I notice that no one would rent them....

Great place to stay

The only fuss I have is the single parking pass. The unit is for 9 people, which means there should be 2 passes. Other than that though, it was a great place and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Beautiful resort and condo - however work being done during our stay

This resort and condo is beautiful. I was disappointed however that on our first full day there men showed up very early to replace windows and glass sliding doors in our condo. This should have never happened while a renter is there. I paid too much money to have this inconvenience. It was only supposed to take a few hours but took until 5pm. The condo was a mess with power tools and all furniture pushed into the kitchen do you couldn’t sit or eat at table. I had small children there so this was also unsafe. It was hot in there. We left to go to the beach and come back for lunch finding the door propped open and no men inside- they went to lunch and left our condo open for anyone to come in and take our things. Once they finished they didn’t replace curtains so sun streamed in bright and early so the ones sleeping in living room could not sleep late. The next day they worked on the condo next to us so the noise was an all day affair. The owner did offer to pay for an activity for everyone but I didn’t go to the beach to go off property. The fourth day men came in to check the fiber optics. They were only there fir 10 minutes but it was still an inconvenience again. I went to relax and picked this property for the amenities it had. It would have been perfect had it not been for this happening. Anytime major work like that needs to be done, it should be blocked off to renters or at least the renter should be forewarned so they could pick a different place.

Beautiful Condo! Great location! 5 Stars!!!

This Condo was very clean and newly renovated. We could not be more pleased, just like the photos online. The bunks were full sized, so the kids loved them. The beds were all clean and comfortable and I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Not one complaint about this unit or management company!

We love this condo! It was perfect for our family of 7. The bunks were a good size, all of the mattresses were super comfy. We will be coming back for sure to this condo for future stays! Beautiful beach condo!!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo is exactly like the pictures shown. Clean, spacious and nicely decorated. They did provide games and trivia’s to play in the living room and lots of beach chairs. It’s in a really great location just down the road from pineapple willies. Communication with the renter was quick and easy!
