- Pelican Walk 504 - Beautiful 1 Bedroom - 2 Bath Condo on the Beach with Breathtaking Gulf View, Sleeps 4. FREE Beach Chairs! This gorgeous BEACH Front 1BR/2BA vacation rental sleeps four guests at Pelican Walk Gulf front condominiums. Unit 504 has been completely renovated and professionally decorated with a tranquil Coastal feel! Our spacious one-bedroom condo features a king bed in the master suite, private master bath, a full bathroom with shower for guests, a fully equipped kitchen which opens to a combination dining/living area. The living area has a a sleeper sofa and opens to the Gulf-front balcony. Free Beach Chair and Umbrella service (March thru October). Enjoy spectacular Gulf views from your private oceanfront balcony overlooking the east side bool and beach.
Pelican Walk amenities include: two swimming pools, gas & charcoal grill areas, hot tub, club room with pool table, and courts for racquetball, pickleball, shuffleboard, and tennis.
When you want to get out and about, it’s just a short stroll to shopping, dining, and entertainment in Panama City Beach. Pelican Walk is 2 miles from St. Andrews State of our favorite attractions!

We stayed in unit 504 this year! Very nice, spacious, and clean room! Even though it was a one bedroom it was plenty of space for my family. Good view of ocean and pool as well!

Everything was great . Condo was spotless . We had every thing we needed . Love the artwork on the kitchen walls . It was painted handprints of children with an ocean theme . The complex was not noisy . It was mostly families there with children having a fun time . The beach service I was the best. The guy was always checking to see if we needed anything . Will be back .

We had a fabulous time! The weather was beautiful every day. We loved our Condo at Pelican Walk. It was perfect for us. Beach access was easy and everyone was so friendly. We made new friends on the beach, and I went snorkeling every day. Wish we were still there! Will be reserving this unit for next year!

The rental was very well equipped in the kitchen & the washer & dryer were in great condition. My only complaint is the bed was very hard & uncomfortable. A memory foam topper would resolve that. Other than that it was a great rental! As always the staff is amazing & I look forward to my next trip back to this location!
