James, the manager, was very accommodating. It was extremely cold in PCB the first couple days of my stay, the building's hearing system couldn't keep up with demand, so James provided the condo wirh a couple space heaters. The amenities were satisfactory except for the frying pans. The larger ones definitely need to be replaced. The condo is very spacious and the location is perfect. I liked being within walking distance to Pier Park for shopping and eating out.

We recently stayed at the Calypso Resort 2BR/2BA Corner Unit with the Wrap-Around Balcony, and it exceeded every expectation! From the moment we walked in, the panoramic views took our breath away — you get an incredible 180 sweep of the Gulf, beach, and sunsets right from the living room and master suite. The wrap-around balcony quickly became our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails.The condo itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking in, and the open layout made it easy to relax and enjoy the view. Both bedrooms were spacious and quiet, and the beds were so comfortable — we slept like a dream every night.The location couldn’t be better — right across from Pier Park, with shops, restaurants, and entertainment just a short walk away. The beach access was super convenient, and the resort amenities (pools, tiki bar, fitness room, and parking) were top-notch and well-maintained.The hosts were also amazing — very responsive, organized, and clearly take pride in this property. You can tell they’ve thought of every detail to make guests feel at home.If you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing beachfront getaway in Panama City Beach, this is the place. We’ve stayed at several resorts in the area, but this unit truly stands out. We’ll definitely be booking again soon!

The location was good, Since you have to park your vehicle across the street, there was ALOT r shower light on ceiling was of WALKING! The master Bed, OH MY GOD- NEEDS REPLACED, I sank into it, couldn’t move in it! Very disappointed in the bed! The TOLIET, You had to fall onto it, it was so low to the ground, the ceiling light by tub was busted, the refrigerator appeared to be quite old. The water pressure was EXCELLENT! We had a good stay! But will NOT get this condo again!

We have always enjoyed staying at the Calypso. The location is great. This unit was nice and had everything that we needed. We did have some issues with it cooling but James was quick to get it resolved. The main bathtub was draining slow and we had to run the dryer 2 cycles to dry our clothes but it wouldn’t keep us from staying here again.

Located in a great area.. walking distance to Pier Park. Wrap around balcony with a beautiful view. Everyone at Calypso including tiki bar bartenders and beach chair boys were always friendly. The host answered any questions we had very quickly. Would definitely stay there again.

Was everything as advertised

The stay was everything as advertised in the listing. Communication with the host was outstanding. Parking is easy if you're lucky enough to get a spot on the third level of the parking garage, but the top two levels were never filled. The only issue with the room was the molded ceiling above the walk-in shower. With that being said, I would stay again.

Perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. The unit was clean and the property was beautiful. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning and watching the sunset at night. I would highly recommend this property.

Good

Overall we had a good experience. The condo is beautiful and has amazing views. The walk to Pier Park is quick and easy! I will say, if you are looking to cook big meals at the condo, there are not a ton of pans/utensils etc. It was fine for what we did. The ceiling in the stall shower of the master bath needs cleaning but that's standard ventilation issues for condos in my experience. There are 2 showers in the master bathroom, which was great!! The air unit kicking on during the night was very loud is the only thing that I didn't like about this unit. The road noise was also considerably loud at night but that's the main strip of PCB.... Can't control that. We would definitely stay here again. The minor complaints does not trump over how nice this condo is. Thanks for the comfortable stay!

Perfect location!

We came to Panama City Beach just to hang out on the ocean and eat some seafood. The beach was perfect, and very easy (Just an elevator ride and out the door). The deck was so nice to sit in the morning and WATCH THE DOLPHINS!!! every morning. The perfect place for a cocktail and watch the sunset. The wrap around deck gave us a view of the sunrise that we couldn't see from the beach.We loved being on the end so we were kind of by ourselves. James was very helpful when we wanted to adjust our days at the condo. He also helped us with an extra parking pass, as I was having trouble with it. He kept in touch with us until it was received.We would highly reccomend this condo and James. We were very pleased.

Great Condo and Location

Very nice condo and excellent location right on the beach. Condo included a set of beach chair too. We enjoyed the tiki bar right on the property and the walking distance to Pier Park and outlet mall.

Perfect condo in a perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful condo. It was just as described. I would absolutely stay here again. The pools and beach area were magical! My only suggestion would be to bring beach/pool towels.
