Booking Information:

• Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and remain onsite throughout the reservation
• No pets
• No smoking or vaping
• Seven-night minimum stay required during Spring Break and summer (Saturday–Saturday or Sunday–Sunday)
• Reservations longer than 14 days require a non-refundable deposit
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended during hurricane season (June–September)
• Parking is managed through Calypso Resort
• Maximum of 2 vehicles
• Current parking fee is $60 per vehicle per stay (subject to change by the HOA)
